How do we learn about things we don't even know we're missing? It's tricky. Sometimes, even when someone tells us something new, we might not believe it. Truth changes. Our planet used to be 'flat,' then the center of the universe, and now it's just a part of the solar system.

In 2011, reading Gilles Deleuze gave me a big 'Aha' moment. But more than 10 years later, I still often find myself living by what others believe. How long does it take to really live by your own rules?

I love this Chinese proverb:
'Watch your thoughts, they become words;
watch your words, they become actions;
watch your actions, they become habits;
watch your habits, they become your character;
watch your character, it becomes your destiny.'

While living in NYC, on nights when I felt lost, I'd find myself drawn to the Chrysler Building in midtown. It wasn't just a walk; it was a journey to one of my favorite spots in Manhattan, a beacon of inspiration in the city's skyline.

This iconic building, along with its rival, the Empire State Building, tells a story bigger than just architecture. It's a tale of ambition, a race to touch the sky. It reminds us to look beyond the present – greatness often unfolds with time.
