Rebecca Enderby Yoga, Berlin Videos

Videos by Rebecca Enderby Yoga in Berlin. Power vinyasa flow; connecting mind-body-breath to build strength & flexibility.

A little Sunday playtime...post running and post sitting tripod headstand play. Working on the split legs which my core loves! 😝 I notice I need to draw my elbows together more...I always enjoy going into an inversion after a run - get the energy flowing in a different direction. Also enjoy this after being sat for a bit in #thisphdlife. Gathering some materials for my literature review revisions this morning - lots of juicy stuff on biofuels #academicgeek. #yoga #phdchat #yogaforrunners #yogaforphds #mindfulPhD

POWER UP | Build inner and outer strength for a physically and mentally strong start the new year. Short flow adapted from a 'yoga for runners' video, helping to increase strength and flexibility for improved running but also a great for generally increasing upper body strength, working into the hips, buttocks and chest and creating stability in the body that can help prevent lower back pain. Then release and soften into pigeon, ahhh...πŸ’ͺ🏼🐦. Work on keeping the hips square in the three legged dog and in the plank variations come high onto your tip toes in the back leg (shifting the weight forward), push through the hands, dome the space between the shoulder blades and draw up through the core - feel as if everything is moving up away from the mat. And don't forget the magical breath! Each movement is connected to a breath - lift the leg on an inhale and exhale as you draw the knee to your arms, then inhale as you tap one arm with your knees and exhale as you tap the other - moving between the two arms with an inhale or exhale. #yoga #yogateacher #yogastudent #yogaforrunners #yogaforstrength #yogaforcore #sweatandsutras #itsallyoga #yogaeveryday #london #tooting #bristol #yogavideos
