Crazy weeks went by like a hurricane. Fast, with ups and downs for my athletes. Happy with this amazing season ending for taking 11th place 70.3 worlds in St.George today. We will work hard to comeback stronger in the next year. Tomorrow we will fly back to Germany, where my next flight to the next campaign awaits me. Wish you all a nice weekend.

Now it’s time to show the new campaign we shot in August on La Palma. We had two days only in this tunnel. It was amazingly challenging to create new perspectives for two days and I‘m very happy about the outcome. What do you think?

When we started to create „The Golden Rule“ we felt that it could be one of the best projects for us so far and we are really happy with the outcome. Our idea was to build a story based campaign with less concentration on the product side and more focus on the story and adding afterwards, when you liked the story a more product based lineup out of images, snippets and highlight stories. We are so happy that our video and idea made it into the official selection of . All in all we had the possibilities to create a story completely by ourself. We got the products and some informations about the products and the rest was build by us —> , .brandt , and myself. Thanks to the entire team around this campaign!

Last year we followed the woman’s team Massi Tactic at their highlight of 2021. Sad for all that it happened without spectators and hopefully we will have people around again.

running intervals during Calima. Had a nice week shooting and taking care of my body and train again to get fit for 2022. Came back to Germany for a shooting and after this week I‘m flying back to Spain for the next shootings. Let’s see what the next weeks will bring.

It’s time for a new post. After several weeks full of shootings and other projects I forgot to post. Hope you are all doing well?! I‘m on the way to with for a race with one of the best fields this year so far. Let’s see what happens. Weather looks not that nice for them but this will create epic images.

Good morning new week! What do you hold back for me this week? I have the feeling that in every week everything can change due to covid. Looking forward to times where we can see races with spectators again. After watching Challenge Gran Canaria, Liege-Bastogne-Liege and so on I‘m really miss the cheering of the crowd. What’s about you?

Really excited to share my work for and with Triathlon Crew Cologne and Specialized Bicycles. We were in Munich to shoot the dream build up of Nick's new weapon of choice.

Endlich kann ich einige meiner neuen Sachen zeigen. Ist ja immer nicht so einfach mit den releases. Diesmal haben wir zusammen mit Steinküller und Steinküller für pbpartners gearbeitet und dafür Foto, sowie Video geliefert. Diesmal also voll raus aus dem Sport und rein in die Corporate Fotografie. Davon kommt tatsächlich mehr in nächster Zeit.

Mein Triple ist komplett und das von Mathieu Van der Poel auch. Also ich habe zum dritten Mal die UCI Cyclo-cross WM fotografiert und Mathieu seinen dritten Elite Titel. Anfänglich war ich, wie vermutlich einige andere auch, etwas enttäuscht über die Strecke. Haben die Organisatoren gefühlt die flachste Ebene der ganzen Schweiz für die CX WM ausgesucht. Doch dann fiel Regen und das nicht zu wenig und die schnelle Strecke entwickelte sich in eine richtig epische Herausforderung, aber schaut selbst. Hier meine erste Auswahl für euch.

Für alle die es noch nicht auf Instagram gesehen haben. Ich habe nochmal meine „Faces“ Series fortgesetzt, weil die Cyclocross WM kurz bevor steht. Freue mich dieses Jahr das dritte mal die besten Cyclocrosser beim Saisonhighlight fotografieren zu können. Hoffe euch gefällt die Serie. Freue mich auf Kommentare von euch.

Was ein Jahr 2019. Wir sind endlich wieder zurück in Deutschland und jetzt geht es mit neuen Ideen ins Jahr 2020. By the way, ich arbeite natürlich weiter an meinem Portfolio. Kleiner Wink an alle die meinen, dass wir zusammen daran arbeiten können. ;-)

Recap of Day 5 on Hawaii. What a day! 6:45 we met Patrik Nilsson - Triathlete for a shoot. 7:30 we went to the aquatic center for shooting Anne Haug swimming. 9:00 we went out for a shooting on the coffee field with Sami Götz and finally at 16:00 we met Anne again for an interview and shooting her running session. Tomorrow will be an easy day. I hope we start swimming with dolphins 🐬.

Das war genial. Sonst bisher selber immer als Läufer beim Zugspitz Ultratrail unterwegs und auf einmal neben der Strecke die leidenden Läufer fotografisch zu begleiten war ein echt cooles Gefühl. Ich liege jetzt selber mit Muskelkater zuhause und freue mich jetzt schon riesig auf den GORE-TEX Transalpine-Run. :-) By the way, es war mir eine Ehre Philipp Reiter und Andi Frank. 🙌

Today, just to show you something different...

We went out to Brasov in Romania for a long weekend to visit some other places than usual. Karlotta really loves to watch these beautiful animals. I really hope that we can teach her that we all are responsible to our environment and that it is important to look after it to save her beloved animals and nature.

How do you show your children to live with nature? Years ago I started to think about all of this during running in the mountains seeing all the rubbish around there. Now, I want to do more nature images like the titlepicture. Hope it shows how amazing our world can be when we keep it clean.
