💦 Just a pump - but just as easy to operate. 😉. Easy and safe to transport by means of the forklift pockets, the pump features excellent priming capability thanks to the connector boxes. At the same time, all important operating elements are included in a clearly arranged control panel. Completely wired and commissioned here at the factory, all you have to do on site is ➡️ set it up, connect it, and pump.

✔️⛲ This compact unit is intended for a pumping station in the UK. There, it will pump wastewater and surface rain water from a few dozen houses. Consisting of a rotary lobe pump, a twin-shaft grinder and a control, the complete solution has another special feature: 230V single-phase motors are used to drive both, the wastewater pump and the wastewater grinder. 💫

For more than 10 years, these two VX186-184Q rotary lobe pumps are re-circulating the digestion tower of a sewage treatment plant in Breisgau, South Germany. Of course, wear parts have been replaced, as you can easily see on the pump on the right. In 10 years, no wonder ... the staff on site is very satisfied with the two positive displacement pumps.

Indian experts rely on Vogelsang pumps to combat the consequences of extreme monsoon rainfall❗

During the monsoon season, the Indian authorities commission contractors to combat flooding caused by heavy rainfall. And they, in turn, rely on Vogelsang rotary lobe pumps👆

Our subsidiary in India has 56 rotary lobe pumps on three-point stands ready for this purpose, which have proven themselves for years even under extreme conditions.

♻️ Beside wastewater, industrial sludge with a pH value of 4-6 is also purified at the central sewage treatment plant in Schwalmtal. In the past, fibrous matter and foreign bodies in the sludge repeatedly caused problems at the sludge receiving station. Since 2011, the RotaCut RC 3000 Inline in stainless steel has made things quieter. 😎

💧 Pumping wastewater over long distances and against high pressures: not uncommon in mountainous areas. The Tann sewage treatment plant successfully uses a combination of XRipper XRP136-140Q wastewater grinder and VX136-105Q rotary lobe pump in its pumping station. The wastewater is conveyed to the sewage treatment plant 4 km away against pressures of more than 6 bar. 💪

👍 A special kind of pumping system. This combination of IQ rotary lobe pump and XRipper XRP wastewater grinder ensures reliable pumping of wastewater to the public sewage system on a campsite. As a system solution, it was completely pre-assembled, wired and commissioned and was therefore ready for use within a very short time. Since then, it's been running... 😎👏

🤔 What to do when the pump at the stormwater overflow basin keeps clogging from debris carried by the stormwater? Simple: Install an XRipper XRP twinshaft grinder to protect the pump. At least that's how one Vogelsang customer solved the problem 5 years ago and he is very satisfied with it. 😀

💦 In 2006, the Peissenberg sewage treatment plant decided to use Vogelsang VX series rotary lobe pumps for digester charging and recirculation. So far they are very satisfied with them. An advantage from the customer's point of view: Even if the dry matter content changes, with displacement pumps the flow rate and thus the sludge volume that is recirculated can precisely regulated. An important detail so that the organic matter in the sludge is optimally digested. 💪

💦 The Mönchengladbach 🇩🇪 sewage treatment plant had to feight with high wear on the digested sludge pumps because of MAP (magnesium ammonium phosphate) crystallized in the sludge. In 2014, those responsible installed an XRipper twin-shaft grinder and a RotaCut macerator in front of the pump for a test. The result convinced the very satisfied customer. As a result of the test, both lines were equipped with Vogelsang technology. 🙌
