We suddenly have to close our Ramen Jun Red for tonight due to the water pipe damage on the upper side of the street, Fahrgasse. All shops were informed 30 minutes ago that no water is available till 7 am tomorrow.

酒麺亭潤 is the first restaurant Jun-san founded back in 1993 in his hometown, Tsubame, Niigata, Japan.
It reads ''Shu Men Tei Jun'', and means ''Sake (Shu) Noodles (Men) a place to gather and enjoy (Tei) and his name Jun (Junichi Matsumoto).''

Since the start, we have wished you enjoy good food and quality time at Ramen Jun.
If you travel to Japan, head to Seven-Eleven stores or our ramen shops in the Tokyo area and our region, Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata.

A fun Japanese traditional event to celebrate the beginning of Spring in lunar calendar. It is still cold here in Frankfurt, but we wish you all the best as we welcome the coming of spring😊
