was visiting Tensho Sports Headquarters in Hamburg, Germany.

We are doing our best to make it a tradition, an annual exposure to Jiujitsu philosophy, the knowledge of positions and cutting edge knowledge on marginal arts.

Ryan Hall (born February 22, 1985) is an American professional mixed martial artist and instructor of Brazilian jiu-jitsu, currently competing in the featherweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). He is known for a number of competitive achievements, ranging from Mundial and ADCC victories to dozens of Grapplers Quest championships.

He is the winner of The Ultimate Fighter Season 22.

Friends, we invite you to the seminar on Fundamental Strength for BJJ with a single kettlebell 🥳

Here is the structure of the seminar:
1️⃣We start with the structural warmup for the kettlebell training. The warmup is an essential part of kettlebell training to avoid injuries, achieve muscle pliability before the specific exercises.
2️⃣We build A strength practice for BJJ by combining three critical exercises that will help gain muscular strength for BJJ. Then, we will introduce the protocol to achieve endurance during our KB training.
3️⃣We will learn two skills: Turkish Get Up (TGU) and Loaded Hip Switches (LHS).
4️⃣We will try to understand the role of TGU and LHS in the context of BJJ.
5️⃣We will perform a specific cool-down to address BJJ-training imbalances, mainly for the upper body.
#️⃣At the end of the seminar, you are welcome to approach and ask specific questions.

Building Foundation with Walk, Carry and Swing. SAVE for Training 💪

Setting 45 seconds Walk, Carry and Swing will help to simplify the structure of the program. Walk forwards only with controlled steps/pace.

Loaded carries help build grip strength, upper back strength, and strong midsections. At the beginner level, everyone can begin incorporating Walk/Carry into a workout program and begin to increase strength and work capacity. This family of exercises will help to build general stability without taking any risks at the beginning of the fitness journey.

Loaded Walks and Carries will develop your core muscles and improve the efficiency of power transfers between your lower and upper body. The Lower and Upper body power transfer is fundamental in kettlebell training.

How to choose the right weight for Walk/Carry exercises? You should identify the weight at least 45 seconds with good posture.

Only perform Walk/Carry exercises if you can perform 6 Pull-Ups (male) or 2 Pull-Ups (female).
