LOBA valve springs are made by superior grade “super-clean” multi-arc
Ovate Wire which results in optimized stress distribution.

Applied beehive design allows a smaller titanium retainer in order to decrease the active mass. The special coiling curve including damping coils on the bottom side provides an increased natural frequency at valve closed position and a damping effect to keep the valve train calm even at high rpm levels.

Performed hardening process and particular nitriding layer as well as a smooth top and bottom surface ensure maximal durability.

Another unique feature is the DLC coating of the titanium retainer which protects against abrasive wear.

"The new Loba HPFP’s you supplied so efficiently to me performed as expected, meeting all injector fuel rail pressures including maximum injector rail pressure of 119.9 bar requested by the ecu on my 2011 Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 Heffner twin turbo.

The Loba HPFP’s enable my Lamborghini Gallardo V10 5.2 FSI TT engine to achieve its 1000bhp output.

So, if your FSI Audi R8 or FSI Lamborghini needs good high pressure fuel pumps, I highly recommend the Loba HPFP upgrade."
