My friend and I wrote our final thesis « searching for nothing but: » together in 2022. In an autotheoretical approach we explored artistic collaboration and created our own encyclopedia with 13 chapters.

Now an extract of our work was published in this beautiful book « Blurred Territories: Kunst/ Gestaltung / Forschung », released by , , .r and (+dimensions) in form+zweck, Verlag für Gestaltung, Berlin.

I remember it as my first totally-to-the-space-adapted installation. During this period, I also realized that the repeated use of objects in different installations makes them autonomous and opens up a large network between the small stories I tell with them 🕸️

Happy Easter?!

𝗞𝗹𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 • 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝟮/𝟯

… My inner doubts about destroying a running system were released by a built-in hot water tank, which we found out was broken. Remember: To replace a built-in hot water tank you have to remove water pipes and for that, you have to open and replace the walls. For me, the broken tank has finally legitimated our radical ongoing renovation and I was happy to learn a lot of things.

When you start with one construction area, the next one automatically opens up 🤷‍♀️ We went ahead and installed a wooden floor in all the rooms and renovated the bathroom. Outside we took many, many concrete blocks out of the ground and recreated the paths with natural stones and grass. R built a greenhouse, we pruned the apple, plum and cherry trees and planted our first vegetables... 🥕🥬🥔🧄(continue in Part 3)
