A life dedicated to American Football – Let’s meet „The Coach“ Thomas.

Thomas is a founding member of the Darmstadt Diamonds American Football Club in 1987. After three years joining the youth team being skilled on the Line Backer position he joined the men’s team playing in Germany’s first league.

Thomas first match with the men’s team has already been one major event participating an international championship match in London, UK in March 1990...

Thomas active player carreer ended 1999 – when he chose an active time-out to focus on family and job.

In 2010 Thomas was back – he occupied his first coach position with a “C” license and built the youth team of the Darmstadt Diamonds.

During the following years Thomas joined the German Olympic sports committee (DOSB, 2015) and made his “B” coaching license. Since 2017 he owns proudly the “A” coach license. Thomas always filled the position of the team's head coach.

After successful years he focusses since 2020 on school sports to promote American football in Germnay. He also acts as Chief Scout for the German Football Association. This year he became sports director in his club – the Darmstadt Diamonds.

Thomas lives American Football since its beginning in Germany and is major part of the first generation of active football enthusiasts. Obviously his son is active in the U19 team.

“Football teaches you discipline, team spirit and resilience” Thomas states. His lifestyle is purely American, including his faible for thanksgiving turkey. He loves RAP music, Barbecue and Graffitti art...

Meeting Andreas Pacha - a master of hairdressing. Andreas dedicated his life to this art and participated in dozens of championships winning quite a few of them.

Besides his profession being his focus and dedication, Andreas is in deep love with Venice, Italy. He also appreciates a glass of good wine.

The most important ingredients for success...

Andreas values creativity and quality. He enjoys to anticipate styles and then realizing them using his high skills.

"The most sophisticated part is to creatively anticipate the style. Realizing it is the more relaxing part" Andreas states. Remarkable is his his good connection to his customer.

Growing up in a rural Northern German farmers village, Andreas decided already aged 11 to choose his profession. This was driven by his idol - the local hairdresser because "He was the only man of the village with clean hands and the best soccer player as well". Andreas now enjoys working with clean hands everyday.

Advanced techniques like cutting hair with the hot knife are integrative parts of Andreas skill set.

Andreas new shop is a strong, demanding invest into the future.
