Endlich ist es wieder soweit! Letze Woche Donnerstag startete die zweite Runde vom BEAT Projekt🎼
Es gibt wieder viele Talente, ob musikalischer, kreativer oder organisatorischer Natur. 🖇
Nachdem sich alle Teilnehmer*innen und Coaches kennengelernt hatten, wurde auf der Bühne offen gejammed. 🎸
Einige der alten BEATies präsentierten, was sie aus der letzen Runde mitbrachten und die Neuen zeigten schonmal was sie so drauf haben.
Wir freuen uns sehr auf die nächsten, aufregenden 6 Monate🤩

Good Times - BEAT on Stage was a true highlight during the first round of the project. It was also the finale of the project in 2022 :).

Letztes Jahr waren wir noch zu Gast dabei, dieses Jahr gehört das BEAT- Projekt zu den Preisträgern des Hessischen Elisabeth Preis für Soziales 🤩.

Wir freuen uns riesig - die BEATies sind auch dabei und krönen die Preisverleihung im Wiesbadener Rathaus mit Live-Musik. Nächsten Mittwoch wissen wir mehr - drückt uns die Daumen ✌️!

Introducing the BEAT Coaches - We’re happy to announce that Simon also known as Brian Damage, , joined our project as a music coach in July. He is known for his rap battles, which can be found on Youtube at „Don’t let the label label you!“ and „Rap am Mittwoch”. Hence, it’s no surprise that he’s been working a lot on texts and songwriting with our group. Yet, he might also be familiar to you due to his engagement or local performances.

The BEAT Coaches - Bob Sezibwa

‘International Artist, Singer Songwriter, and Guitarist on a mission to inspire, empower, and uplift people through the power of musical storytelling’ – we found this on his page and want to confirm that this is exactly what he does!

A common question he gets is – how did you end up in Kassel?! (after USA, Mexico, Uganda, China, you name it ...). You can also often find him on Wednesdays, or at the Wehlheider Platz where he plays on the Friday markets. He is one of a kind on stage as well as behind the scenes doing production, mixing & mastering.

That is, he’s been a self-employed Music Producer and Mixer since 2017 and recently found his own label called . You may know him from producing his own music like “brown sugar" as well as Kassel’s finest uprising newcomer band – All of which can be found on spotify or youtube.
We know him most of all singing while playing the guitar. He has performed in numerous contexts as a professional singer and guitar player. What’s best - I heard he’s gonna publish some brand new stuff soon and we sure can’t wait for it, what about you?
