Historie Irish Pub @ Kieler Woche

Im Rahmen der Kieler Woche öffnet seit 1986 der Irland Stand auf dem Internationalen Markt an der Ecke Fleethörn/Rathausstr. Zunächst wurde der Stand mit einem Aufbau für den Ausschank, einem Sonnensegel und zwei Hütten für Speisen, Handwerk und Touristik betrieben. Später wurde statt des Sonnensegels ein Zelt verwendet.
Seit 1995 präsentieren wir uns nun in einem Irish Pub, deren Besuch für viele Gäste des Internationalen Marktes nicht fehlen darf. Unsere Gäste schätzen die entspannte, irische Atmosphäre mit Live Musik.
Viele verschiedene Musiker haben über die Jahre die Bühne betreten, darunter Dave Meanie, Mick on the Gate, Lukas Schlatmann, Mark Bennett, Cathal Dolan und Inchiquin.
