⭐️ We now present.... The Secretariat, lead by Thore as the Secretary General and supported by Elene as his deputy Secretary General.

⭐️ They are responsible for the overall content of the conference and play a key role in it’s organization.
They choose the theme, oversee the chairs and committee themes and supervise the writing it the study guides. They are therefore working closely with our fantastic content team to develop the conference program. The Secretary General is also our conference’s figure! The Secretariat is the one in touch with our Patron and will find you the best keynote speakers you’ve ever seen! 😎

⭐️ We’re honoured to introduce our coordination team! Carla and Jasem are in charge of controlling the group and keeping it from chaos💥

⭐️ Highly dedicated, they work tirelessly to ensure the smooth operation of the conference. They are responsible for the organisation of the whole event, managing the projects and initiatives, as well as coordinating the different Subteams! They keep an overview of all tasks and deadlines. On top of that they are responsible for the organisation of team events, trips, socials and making the interface with the University of Münster. 🤓

⭐️ Whether it’s planning events or developing new ideas for MUIMUN, the coordination team is always up to the task, willing to lend their guidance and support to the other member of the team! 👏

We are eager to find new team members for our organizing team of the MUN of Münster. If you are interested in an international community and politics this might be something for you. Sounds nice? Then feel free to come to one of our orientation sessions on 09th and 16th of October at 18:30🩵

We are excited to open the floor to the next Team for MUIMUN 2025! 🥳

We are waiting for your applications🙌

>Just as a quick note_: If you’re interested in joining other Subteams like Logistics or Content, feel free to reach out to us! No election is required for these positions.

>Regarding the procedure_:
-Send your CV and Motivation Letter (max 1 page each) to [email protected] until the 5th of August.
-Each candidate will then be invited to a 10 minute interview (half English, half German).
-The transcripts of each interview, CV and motivation letter will be accessible to all eligible voters until the election date.
-The elections will be held via Zoom on the 11th of August at 5pm (German time)

The voting order will be as follows: Coordination, Secretariat, Finance.

Hi everyone, today we present our second social of the conference, the city that will take place on Friday 9th of May, we will have 6 different groups! This tour will be hosted by the City Council of Münster, three tours of 30 people each will be held in English and the other tree tours also 30 people each will be held in German.

🕕 The first three tours start at 4pm and will go on for one hour and at 5pm the other three tours will go on for one hour as well until 6pm
