In the world of Additive Manufacturing Electronics (AME), there are only a few process manufacturers, but there are dozens of ink manufacturers, each offering inks with different mechanical and chemical characteristics. Most of these ink manufacturers do not include electrical parameters in their datasheets, even though the industry primarily seeks these electrical parameters.

Testing tens of inks to determine their suitability for specific applications would be prohibitively expensive at a standard level. This is why we have developed this measurement topic.

Our goal is to create easy and cost-effective measurement setups that can test the electrical parameters of new inks from the AME industry. While not achieving lab precision, these setups will provide valuable insights into the usability and relevance of the inks. This approach will help identify a few suitable inks, reducing the need to test tens of inks and making the process more efficient and economical.
