It is a soft and smooth red wine with a bold character and a 4,2 rate on Vivino ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wine lovers say about it "..lots of red fruit, with some burnt notes and even a hint of sweetness. Good acidity and very subdued tannins. A great wine, but watch out - the alcohol (15,5 percent!) might knock you down!".

As the weather was quite unpredictable this morning, we decided to spend some time in the kitchen and prepare some tasty and soft burger buns to delight our palate 😋

We filled them with VonMamma caciocavallo together with mushrooms, salsiccia and a leaf of salad just to give them that touch of freshness 🌱

Today we prepared one of the most traditional Italian recipe: spaghetti al ragù 🍝 (aka bolognese)
