The Pre-Game:
When you plan on asking for Money, demonstrate Value in advance and engage with your Prospect via Likes, Comments, Shares and definitely a Follow!
Why would someone invest time in you, if you don't do the same?
1) The Opener: Send a quick Greeting Message and introduce yourself! Keep it short and concise!
↳ Demonstrate Value first!
↳ Don't assume you can help!
That's it, not more than that! (Will make a Post on Brand Voices)
2) Qualifier 1: Validate, if your prospect is part of your target audience! Not everyone can be part of it!
What is the Gold Standard?
- Does he have to make a certain revenue?
- Does he have to be able to sell?
- Or what shouldn't he be?
3) Qualifier 2: Validate, if your Prospect has the general Problem!
Why? If you are selling a Coaching Service, he should have that problem!
If he doesn't, move on but it still may be a valuable resource. There's more than one way to profit from this!
4) Problem: What is the actual problem of your prospect?
Example: The real problem may be that he wants to solve for something else, you are just the middleman!
He wants a Girlfriend but he is unfit, not too confident and is struggling communicating but he does have income.
5) Validation: Ask if he generally is ready for help and specifically if you can help him!
Assuming someone could afford you and declines:
- He doesn't believe you can help!
- You missed the mark on the real issue!
- You didn't build trust & rapport!
6) Call-To-Action: Ask for a Phone Number and off we go to the Sales Call!
You can do it immediately but if you sense he was not as engaged, make sure it's a convenient time!
I don't recommend Calendly unless it is always packed!
