Bei Literaturrecherche trifft ja so manch einer auf spannende Themen 📚🔍. So passierte es bei der Recherche für eine Kundenanfrage, dass in den Suchergebnissen die Publikation von Olek, Uhlhaas, Wardenbach und Yamaguchi mit dem Titel „Zuverlässigkeit von Aminosäure-Bestimmungen aus menschlichem Serum bei unterschiedlichen Lagerungsbedingungen“ erschien… aus dem Jahre 1978 🗓️.

Und was soll man sagen: Es wurde der Aminosäureanalysator LC6000 eingesetzt, der Urvater unseres ARACUS 🧬. Ein Schmunzeln legt sich auf die Lippen 😊, wenn man von Chromatographiesäulen aus Glas mit Abmessungen von 35 cm Länge liest 📏. Der Reaktor war damals ein einfaches Wasserbad ♨️. Eluentenverbrauch von fast 40 mL/h und Reagenzbedarf von 20 mL/h. Von Nachhaltigkeit keine Spur 🌱. Bei einer Analysedauer von über 7 Stunden ⏱️ musste sehr viel Geduld bei der Methodenentwicklung und auch später bei der Analytik mitgebracht werden 🧪.

Zwei Jahre IVDR: membraPure zieht für sich und die Nutzer seiner Aminosäureanalysatoren ein erstes, positives Fazit.

Der ARACUS ist Risikoklasse-A-zertifiziert und erfolgreich in der In-Vitro-Diagnostik in und der Welt im Einsatz. Welche Vorteile die Zertifizierung hat, wissen die Verantwortlichen bei der membraPure GmbH.

Die ist nach wie vor ein wichtiger Baustein moderner Diagnostik. Aminosäureanalysatoren wie der werden nach wie vor in unterschiedlichsten Bereichen, von der Medizin über die Forschung bis hin zur Lebensmittelindustrie, eingesetzt und liefern valide Ergebnisse.

Damit steigen aber auch die Anforderungen an die eingesetzten Systeme, was sich besonders für die Anwendung in der Medizin in den regulatorischen Bestimmungen zeigt: Galt früher die (Richtlinie 98/79/EG), trat nach fünfjähriger Übergangszeit am 26. Mai 2022 die (Verordnung (EU) 2017/746 über In-vitro-Diagnostika) in Kraft, die für Produkte für die In-vitro-Diagnostik eine Zertifizierung nach Risikoklassen verlangt.

Die Aminosäureanalysatoren ARACUS IVD classic und IVD advanced sind bereits seit 2022 für die IVDR-Risikoklasse A zertifiziert und erfolgreich in Deutschland im Einsatz.

Die IVDR stellt damit höhere Anforderungen an die Produkte und deren Hersteller – und damit einen Mehraufwand.

Zwei Jahre nach Inkrafttreten der IVDR können die Verantwortlichen bei membraPure aber sagen, dass sich der Mehraufwand in vielerlei Hinsicht gelohnt hat: für die Arbeit im Labor, für die globalen Marktchancen europäischer Medizinprodukte und vor allem für die Patientinnen und Patienten durch eine garantiert hohe Qualität der Analysen.

Admittedly, the weather is quite changeable. Just like our team, since vacation time has begun. 🌴

🎉 The ended on Friday.
Even though we didn't exhibit this year, it was still an incredibly successful visit to the fair. We met new and familiar faces, discovered exciting things, and discussed current and future projects in our meetings. We're already looking forward to the next relevant fair for us, ArabLab 2024, in September, where we'll have a stand again. 👥

Another month has passed! 📅

The month of . 🌸

Many out-of-office notices indicate that the first vacationers have already flown away in May ✈️, but even in the month of May, we had various topics to offer as there was still a lot going on with us. 📚

In May, it became so warm ☀️ that our bees 🐝 awoke from their winter sleep ❄️ and are now busy collecting again.

We are already looking forward to the harvest in August/September. 🍯

Additionally, we are still diligently collecting customer reviews 📝,sharing it though and so we hope to continue starting Monday with a customer review for a long time.

Unfortunately, our is coming to an end. 😔

Since we don't have much to report here anymore, the regularity of this posting will cease in the future. 🗓️

It's still great that we are supplied with photo material 📸 from our dealers and Area Sales Managers like Mark Lau and Trang Nguyen, so we can report on trade show appearances and on-site training. 👩‍🏫

A great event in the month of May was definitely the visit of our partner Hartmann GmbH Medizintechnik, and not just because they brought us a gift 🎁, namely the 😉.

In return, we were then invited to the summer party. 🎉🎪

📅 Vergangenen Freitag machte sich eine kleine Delegation unserer Firma auf, um mit der Firma ein gemeinsames Sommerfest zu feiern. 🎉 Neben vielen Leckereien wie Kaffee ☕, Kuchen 🍰 und Buffet 🍽️ wurden auch ein paar Spiele gemacht. 🎲

Unter dem Motto "Das Huhn ist los! 🐓 Das Wald-und-Wiesen-Huhn (kurz WaWi) muss gerettet werden!" mussten die Teams in einem Parcours aus mehreren Spielstationen Aufgaben meistern. 🏃‍♂️

Beim Bau von Katapulten 🎯, um damit Gummihühnchen möglichst weit durch die Luft zu befördern, oder rohe Eier 🥚 mit Naturmaterialien zu verpacken, damit diese unversehrt einen Sturz überleben, wurden die Geschicke der Teilnehmer auf die Probe gestellt. 🧠💪

Beim Synchronstockfangen und beim Zwilleschießen kam noch die Zielgenauigkeit dazu. 🎯🏹

Ein verrückt-fröhlicher Spielspaß war garantiert! 🤪✨
