Cristina: When I joined 3SS, I was seeking personal and professional growth alongside a dynamic team. Given my international background, the transition wasn't too challenging. It offers a broader understanding of various life perspectives, enhances cultural awareness, and teaches valuable lessons about diversity, traditions, and different ways of thinking. This multicultural environment, coupled with the fast-paced nature of the IT industry, has contributed significantly to my personal and professional development, far exceeding my initial expectations.

Istvan: Beyond the success of our various projects and the satisfaction of our customers, my deepest sense of pride comes from observing our collective growth and development. It's the shared journey of progress that truly stands out for me.

Cristina: It's difficult to choose just one aspect because my favorite part is both the people I work with and my team. They are intrinsically connected; one is not at its best without the other, and I wouldn't want it any other way.
