Apparently Germany is looking for skilled workers but isn’t fully ready to give permanent stays for people with African origin upon issuing the visa. For many years the health center in Siaya county Kenya has been referring patients because they never possessed an electrocardiogramm, which is mainly used to detect heart attacks or rhythmical diseases of the heart.
