We had the best opportunity of having HH S. B. Keshava Swami Maharaj's association for four consecutive days at ISKCON Berlin. From dancing and singing on the streets of Berlin to unfolding the mysteries of the Gita, we were enthralled. The cherry on the cake was the Q&A session, during which both our spiritual mentors, HH Sacinandana Swami Maharaj and HH S. B. Keshava Swami Maharaj, gave the most inspiring and convincing answers. They shared their most valuable thoughts on building bonds and cultivating congregation.

Last Saturday Bhagavat-dharma came to visit us and gave a great lecture and thrilled us with his inspiring kirtan. Jayatam prepared a feast and Jagannath was smiling with joy.

This week Kanai Krishna Prabhu is visiting us from Pune. He will give three lectures on the "Damodara-lila". Come along - it's worth it.

A wonderful weekend and, above all, a wonderful start to the month of Kartik, which is full of blessings, is behind us. We had the great pleasure to have Bhakti-bhushana Swami as our guest. He enthralled us with two great, inspiring talks. Maharaja’s stories of Srila Prabhupada made us laugh and marvel. This Saturday we are very happy to welcome Bhagavat Dharma as our speaker!

This Saturday, His Holiness Bhakti Bhushana Swami is finally coming to visit us again at the temple. He will be a guest at the Saturday afternoon programme and will also give the lecture on Sunday morning.

He was Shrila Prabhupada's first German disciple and will soon be travelling again to South America. His last visit to us was several years ago, so we are very happy to welcome him as a guest. Do not miss this opportunity! We are looking forward to seeing you!

Die 10. Klasse des Heinrich-Schliemann-Gymnasiums genoss heute, inklusive indischem Mittagsessen, eine Einstimmung auf die Interkultour 2024: Hier im Weißenseer Jagannatha-Tempel (siehe Foto) und in der Hoffnungskirche Pankow.

Seit 2013 bietet die Interkultour Schüler*innen Anhaltspunkte, sich sowohl mit der eigenen als auch mit fremden Kulturen auseinanderzusetzen. Eine 10. Klasse des Heinrich-Schliemann-Gymnasiums im Prenzlauer Berg und eine Willkommensklasse des OSZ für Gastgewerbe in Weissensee gehen gemeinsam auf interreligiöse und interkulturelle Stadtspaziergänge in Pankow, um sich gegenseitig kennenzulernen. 

Mit diesem Projekt werden vergleichsweise niederschwellig Möglichkeiten geschaffen, in denen Jugendliche sich begegnen und interreligiöse sowie interkulturelle Kompetenzen in der gelebten Praxis entwickeln können.

We all dream to achieve all success in various fields that we desire. The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams. But having the highest intelligence in this human body which we can't find in any other species, what best can we dream in life? We all see cherished dreams in our lives but Krishna already has the result what he seeks in our endeavour. Obstacles will come no doubt, but if we can't eliminate fear as a reaction, we can still cultivate courage as a decision. It takes courage to dream and it takes courage to do our best and hand over the rest to Krishna.

Nilambar Prabhuji is Director of Technology at Arion, The University of Alabama, Netherlands and has many years of experience in this great tradition of Bhakti Yoga. He is going to deliver 3 sessions on 'Cherished Dreams of Life' please take most advantage of his association from tomorrow morning 9am. The first session would be foundational which You can't afford to miss

Yesterday we celebrated Bhadra Purnima. It is a very special day as many devotees will get a Bhagavatam set and their lives will change because of it. We laughed a lot, cried a little and had a great time. Savyasachi Prabhu gave a super inspiring lecture.

On Saturday, we spent a very nice and peaceful time together in our beautiful Jagannath Mandir. That Christmas day is known for spending time with your family and loved ones. That’s why we gathered. We sang, danced and laughed together while we enjoyed that magical darshan of the most merciful Lord of the Universe. Priya Manjari visited us and made us happy with her beautiful kirtan, and Meenu and her crew cooked a delicious feast for all. We are really looking forward to spending New Year’s Eve again together in the temple.

Yesterday we were all in Vrindavan and experienced the love of Radha and Krishna. Sacinandana Swami took us all to the Holy Dhama while he was sharing his experiences, adventures, realizations and pictures from his latest pilgrimage. Jagannatha blessed us all with His Vrindavan mood. More than 80 devotees offered their lamps to the Lord and brought so much light and love to the dark Berliner Allee. It was an amazing experience, and we are more than happy and thankful for this incredible evening. Thank you all for coming. We will keep this warm and heartfelt evening forever in our hearts and minds.

Yesterday, we had a very cozy and familiar Saturday feast in our beautiful temple. Inspiring kirtan, a nice lecture from Maha Man, an ecstatic Gaura Arati and the most delicious prasadam..
If you missed it – on Wednesday we will go together to Vrindavan during a guided meditation and slide show from Sacinandana Swami.

Yes, it is very cold outside! But in Jagannaths temple it is very warm and full of mercy. So come by and spend an inspiring day with us.
We will hear a lecture from Maha Man, have some wonderful Kirtans with Lilavati and some others. We will sing and dance during the arati and have warm tea and a very tasty vegetarian/vegan feast at the end.
We start 2 pm with Kirtan.

“Yoga of Meditation – The Conclusion” with Raghava

The 6th chapter of the Bhagavad-gita is all about meditation. To put it in a nutshell: everything you need to know to be or become a yogi is taught in this chapter. On Wednesday, we will deal with the last verse of the chapter, which once again clarifies what is important: love for Krishna.

Yesterday we had a very special program in our beautiful temple:

Amara told us the whole story about our beautiful deities. It was interesting, awe-inspiring, funny, full of adventures, and miracles.
We not only heard all the stories, we also saw a lot of pictures, newspaper articles, etc.
It was very impressive what the devotees did at that time and we are now even more thankful that Jagannatha, Baladeva and Subhadra are here to spread the mercy in all of Europe.

Please come and visit our temple and get your blessings of the Lord.

We were also very happy that our dear Lilavati Gopi was visiting us again, and for the pleasure of Jagannatha and His devotees, she did an amazing kirtan for one and a half hours... just to let you know: She will be coming back next week ☺
