With the advantage of Adaptive technolgy that allowed curved panels to be produced, more architects began introducing free form into their designs. Not only that it made the fabrication process possible but it also resulted in enormous cost and time savings.

We are proud that Corian Design simplified the fabrication process of curved surfaces and that way lowered cost, lead time and waste. Using adaptive technology for this project, the Corian team was able to produce 10 different double-curved panels in only 2 days without any mould waste! In comparison to other conventional methods, the Corian team has achieved 10x faster production and saved 40% of production costs ♻️
