Behind the curtain: A look inside 19 ‘Gianni Versace e il teatro’ editorial story.

‘The inspiration for the photo shoot are the dresses themselves and the rich legacy of Versace's archive, which comprises such works of art. The storytelling is done through the volume and the grandiosity of the dresses and their particular relationship to opera,’ shares Luis Alberto Rodriguez. ‘I also really had a desire to give a nod to my personal history in theater with the lighting, and also marry that with the theme of the upcoming issue of Acne Paper.’
