We love Avicii. His music has really inspired us. For long we have thought of doing a version of this song, and now was the time!
We played this song in Spain recently and it felt sooo great to be able to travel again and play music in front of a crowd. We just love playing music on bottles!!

Since the earliest days in the life of our band, we have been asked regularly to play “Message in a Bottle”. 😄
But it seems we had to wait for some backup. So when we hooked up with the acclaimed and amazingly talented Danish String Quartet we knew the time had come! And what better opportunity could there be to pay homage to Sting as an artist in general? Inspired by the man whose career has been marked by breaking new ground musically, we went crazy and made a whole medley of Sting's music in which we tried to go off the beaten track as well. So we featured bowed wine glasses and a cello played by three musicians who bow it, drum on it and strike it with a chopstick at the same time. Ever seen that before!? 😃

Oh how we love this song! We have danced so many times to Billie Jean, and when we started playing on this peculiar instrument, we simply HAD to make our own version of it.

Our arrangement is rather special, because we have invented a double bottle blowing technique to be able to play the chords as fully as possible. The dentists do not approve ;-D

The song is recorded in a church in Denmark with very fine acoustics!

Hello people from all galaxies! 🙏
Since we started playing this peculiar beer bottle instrument, we have played in over 30 different countries. BUT we really wanna do a show in Tatooine, so hopefully this video will get us a gig there🤗❤ We have heard some really nice things about a certain cantina where they pay musicians well!

Anyway, we have just made this video here in 2022 and it feels soooo good to be able to travel again. We were really excited to do this in Madrid, Spain. What a beautiful place!
We went there for 6 days doing some TV stuff and on the last day we shot this in a small street in the centre of the city. 🌞🍺
