Bar Manager - Experienced waiter

We’re on the lookout for a hardworking, team-oriented, and easygoing individual to join our team.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: You should have enough experience to confidently run our small bar, take care of guests, create tasty drinks, manage orders, and maintain our inventory using Excel sheets.

Personality: We’re looking for someone who is service-minded, enjoys interacting with guests, and can contribute to the friendly, close-knit vibe we’re known for. Being a team player is a must.

Skills:You’ll need to be capable of multitasking, from bartending and chatting with guests to handling orders and inventory. Organizational skills are key.

Today is a very special day for all of us. As some of you already know, today is Lucho’s last day in Gorda. I want to take this opportunity to express that I don’t have enough words to thank Lucho for what he did for Gorda. Since he joined the project, it has been four years of many beautiful moments, and I am very grateful to have been able to share this time together. Dedication, effort, and camaraderie make Lucho the best colleague I have worked with and, most importantly, a great friend. I sincerely wish you the best on your new path.We will miss you!
