Christian og Søren mistede på helt forfærdelig vis deres mor, Elin Frank Just, i marts 2021 da hendes eksmand – deres far – dræbte hende. 62-årige Elin havde forladt sin voldelige mand og havde bedt om skilsmisse. Da Elin få måneder senere mødte op hos eksmanden i parrets hus i forbindelse med bodeling, skød og dræbte han hende for øjnene af begge sønner, flere familiemedlemmer og venner.

“Jeg havde overvejet, at min mor skulle have skudsikker vest på ved bodelingen. Men da den skulle finde sted på Christians 30-års fødselsdag, tænkte jeg, at den dag gør han ikke noget. Så ond kan ingen være.” siger Søren Tørslev Just.

“Vi har mistet begge vores forældre og vil gerne forklare, hvad det gør ved familien. Kan det redde nogle af de kvinder, der står i samme situation som vores mor, har vi haft succes med de ting, vi har gjort. Vi ønsker, at det bliver belyst over for politikerne, at der er et problem. Der bør sættes penge af og tages hånd om partnerdrab mere, end der gør i dag. Der er så mange alarmklokker, der ringer inden.” lyder det fra de to brødre.

For Elin Frank Just er det for sent. Hun døde, fordi hun tog mod til sig, og brød ud af sit ægteskab. Det tab må de efterladte altid bære med sig 💔

After having been solo-parenting for 17 days in a row (it’s usually only 10 days in a row for me). I felt a bit exhausted 😅 I love my kids, you know, BUT I also love myself 😇🤣 So this weekend I went away, got a bit of vitamin nature on the beautiful island Als and also treated myself to an afternoon at the spa - cause I not only needed that, I also deserve it❣️Recharging my batteries 🔋 and three days later I can still my the shooting relaxation feeling through the marrow of my bones 🤤🥰 and tonight with the (almost) full moon in Virgo I go to a ceremony with as a booster of vitamin self-love 💘

So I am ready for those of you I serve 🤲🏼 and of course my kids when they come back home 😍

I was asked this for an interview recently. And I intently go into 🙄mood! Those two words together are such a patriarchal way of thinking! Why are we thought (especially as women) that we have to feel guilty, when we do/feel anything within the pleasure field?
I highly believe that anything that gives you pleasure should NOT make you feel guilty in ANY way!! You should just indulge even more and go ALL in :
ENJOY
let your life be filled up with those things, experiences, people, food, play, all that gives you pleasure in any way ❤️‍🔥🥰🤤💦💃🏼🔥
If the thought of guilt come up
[it most likely will - it use to for me before I said 🖕🏽off patriarchy and society]
ask yourself:
• Where does that thought actually come from? (Originally)
• Who/What impelante that thought?
• How is it restricting you to feel pleasure and even prolong the pleasure?
• How do this restriction(s) affecting other possibilities of pleasure in your life? And maybe create more guilt and/or restrictions?

Yesterday I read a meme saying “Peace takes more discipline (and skill), than war” via
I agree and it really resonated with me 🙏🏼 We all know how easy it is to get angry / yell / wanna punch someone / argue; when something triggers us / if we feel attacked / when someone hurts us / when we feel unfairly treated etc. [it is a human response, and it’s natural aka fight mood].
To walk away / to sit with the emotions / to notice what is yours and what are my experiences/feelings / sit and talk with reason about your differences and keep it on your ‘own field’ and not take it out on someone else, requires A LOT of deep inner work with one Self.
How do you deal with conflict in your everyday life?

Right now it is clear that there are a lot of people not doing their inner work, which influences millions of people, who wants to live in peace. There are many many people blind to see the racism that is so clear and screaming you in the face! There are millions of people who don’t care about the garbage they throw on Earth 😔 It is devastating!
We must all ACT and start with ourselves, how can we do better every day, how can we show up with more love, and bring peace back to Earth. For the future generations - give how you would like to receive 🤲🏼💞🤲🏼

Your physical, mental and spiritual Selves are so intertwined, that you do nothing in isolation ~ one affects the others. Your emotions affect your spirit and your health & vice versa.
That is why we aim to be balanced, so we can flow with that which comes our way.
I often comfort myself with the fact that only twice a year there is a perfect balance between day and night in nature ~ the Equinox’s. So I can’t expect myself to be balanced all the time 😉
But by Equinox there is the potent power to understand the energies of balance and this flow we’re all a part of every single day.

One of the main symbols of Spring Equinox is the Egg 🥚 the cosmic egg, holds the masculine & feminine energies, the potential of life, from its incubative inner world state, it is now time to hatch out into the world 🐣 The Egg is most often depicted carried by a female, as she is the symbol of fertility ~ she IS the creatix 🩸

You can’t grasp someone else’s emotions, can’t force your own emotions, can’t restrain them 🌊
Emotions are meant to move through you, whether you would like to stay on a high note forever (like being in love, or when you gaze in to your newborns eyes for the first time) or those emotions that feels stuck cause they are so difficult to release (like the loss of a loved one, heartbreak or a traumatic event).
Emotions are an expression of the current moment, in the light reflected by all of those emotions and experiences, that came before that current moment, and if you meet them with honesty, you have the possibility to understand yourself on a deeper level 🌊 then riding the emotional waves will eventually be filled with more ease and grace 🌊

Honestly your emotions are yours alone, meet them there🪞Move with them and let them help move you 🌊 You are a fluid being 🌊

Here is a little bit about what it’s about:
By stimulate the skin through acupressure, reflexology, working on meridians and organ zones, massaging & using cupping, this facial therapy will be working to increase the skin's; natural oil formation and blood circulation, stimulate the muscles & connective tissues, supply oxygen to the cells and help the lymphatic system to excrete waste products + drainage of the face, and it will enhance the cells' own production of collagen.

[some of you have heard me say this 100 times in my yoga classes]
In less than a month you will see the first sprout, first flowers rising from the earth ~ the earliest signs of spring 🌱
By this time I am doing my next Awakening Sovereignty workshop that will celebrate this return, the rebirth of the maiden Goddess, where we will work with the sensual stir and the light within surfacing 🕯🤍 I would love to see you there 🌀

But that is not the end, it’s all a part of a cycle, it’s a necessity, for the next step forward 👣 for the next growth sprout 🌱 which sometimes can be referred to as a new beginning, though that can’t arrise if there wasn’t something before [you can plant a tree without a seed, or soil etc.]

Now the moon is dark and about to start a new phase, the first of a new year. I hope you only bring the necessary from the previous year into the new, so that your year starts off, in the most potent way possible ❤️‍🔥 May continue your own evolution, with clear intentions for what you want for your life🌀
