In the wake of Earth Day we decided to create this summery cocktail for the week: Bee's Knees 🐝🌻 Danish organic gin, local honey and lemon superjuice, shaked with agua-faba, which is a leftover product from the brunch production at @sidecar_noerrebro. This way we get the most out of the ingredients, while keeping the carbon footprint as low as possible.
Some of the toppings we use include sesame seeds, unripe peaches and fermented black beans. What do you like to top your asian dishes with?
