1. Since we love to eat kale, especially fresh ones in winter, we were very excited about this Danish product. We were not disappointed.
The powder dissolves well and is versatile. Since it is rich in vitamins and has a high calcium content, I regard it as a dietary supplement.
First, we prepared pesto with it, which tasted very spicy and whetted the appetite for more. I sprinkled it with Parmesan on the pasta. Just delicious!
You can also make smoothies very well and experiment around 😁😁 My favorite smoothie so far consists of apple juice, kale powder, some rose hip powder, and a ripe kiwi.
A highly recommended product that is more than just a spice.

2. Normally, I do not eat kale... but I take it and imagine it's healthy. I rarely eat kale, which is why I find the powder handy. It comes to my barley grass, then I've ticked off the green drink for the day. The bags must be cut open, and the powder must be thoroughly stirred in. Otherwise, it will get dusty. Everything tastes great and goes well with barley grass for me. In terms of price, I'll have to see if I can afford it in the long run.

3. I really like the individual packages. I can take the pre-dosed kale powder to work and mix it into my drink when needed.
It tastes rather neutral and also goes well in smoothies.
For people who don't eat a lot of healthy food, this is a good opportunity to give the body at least something good. Don't be put off by the paint. 😅
