Founded in 1141, they are also one of the world's oldest companies – only a few hundred years younger than Harald Blåtand's rune stone in Jelling.

Today we had one of our favourite white wine producers visiting. Domaine Bott Geyl is known for exceptional quality across their entire range of wines.

The supply is very limited, but if you would like to know how some of the best Alsace wines tastes like, you should definitely seek out the wines from Bott Geyl 🥂

The only downside is they disappear shortly after opening a bottle 😅

The event with Clos de l'Obac was a huge success, and the CEO, Guillem Pastrana, guided us through their powerful and charismatic wines from Priorat.

A very exciting wine region to explore, but due to the limited supply, the wines are not easy to find.

As we had hoped for, the guests were blown away by the quality of the wines, and we sold out on several of the vintages during the evening.

If you ever get a chance to try some of the magical wines from Clos de l'Obac (who also produces Miserere, Kyrie, and L'Escarpat), don't hesitate - they're all unique experiences ❤️🍷

Friday was my good friend's birthday. A valid reason to celebrate with majestic wine from Domaine Michel Noellat and Opus One Winery
- of course enjoyed in the proper Riedel glass. Today we used the Pinot Noir and the Bordeaux.
The Chambolle Musigny showed the opulent but still elegant character, that we have grown so fond of from Michel Noëllat. The Overture is a multi vintage second wine from Opus One. Very easy to drink, and an absolute steal for the money 🙌🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🍷

100 points from James Suckling. 100 points from Decanter. A customer asked for some of the best from the cellar, so we pulled out this +1.000€ beauty 🙌🏼

Promontory is a mythical wine known mostly by connoisseurs and collectors. It's very hard to get a hold of, and the supply is extremely limited.

This is top-tier Napa Valley from a unique isolated territory. Acquired by the Harlan family in 2008, this plot of land (with one of the best winemaking teams to take care of it) has only just begun to show its potential.

This wine will be even more difficult to acquire in the future, so add a few to your cellar while it's possible! 🍷🍇

Though we decanted it for 45 minutes (couldn't wait any longer, since it was an impulse purchase), the Promontory 2018 would have benefited from even more breathing time (optimally more years in the cellar). You get a sense of the greatness that is to come, but it is indeed already a powerhouse in the early years.

All in all a big and beautiful experience - and definitely a wine I look forward to enjoying again in the future.

This week we had the honour of welcoming the family from Peter Michael Winery at the showroom, for a tasting of some of Napa Valley's finest wines.

Truly magnificent with a structure, elegance and balance that you rarely experience. The wines have unique traits that I feel confident, I would be able to recognize in a blind tasting even many years from now.

AYA Experience created a delicious menu for the event. The highly praised chef, Nicolaj Møller, delivered an experience with a flourish of creativity and a dash of culinary magic, delighting the senses with each meticulously crafted dish.

Simply put: a fantastic experience 🙌🏼🍷

The legendary Château Cos d'Estournel visited Wine Mage, and a lucky group of people were spoiled with an experience that tickled their senses.

We tasted multiple vintages, and though all wines showed exceptional character, the 2010 was (for me at least) the favourite of the bunch. Perfect structure and balance and just a magnificent wine experience 🙌🏼🍷

Michelin star chef Michael Munk from Grand Royal created a perfect menu to accompany the wines 👨‍🍳🐟🥩❤️🍇🍷

Highlights from last night's flight of 10 great wines 🙌🏼🍷

The showroom is back in action again, but due to an overwhelming interest and the amount of guests and customers (for which we are very grateful), the showroom is only open to the public on Thursdays and Fridays throughout February.

We're working on a lot of stuff behind the scenes, and it will be worth the wait!

100 points from Robert Parker. The magical score that has catapulted wineries to stardom - and sent prices through the roof. It's not often we open a bottle like this, so it's important to savor the moment.

The 2010 Tenuta Nuova from showed extreme complexity and depth - and in the nose you immediately recognize that this is a special vintage. Though it's still young and would benefit from further aging, it was a great experience enjoying this majestic Brunello.
Now there's only 1 left in stock - waiting for that special someone to come by and pick it up 🍷

A journey into another world 🙌🏼 Owned by the Prince of Luxembourg, this luxurious private mansion in the heart of Paris will take your breath away.

At Le Clarence (two-star michelin and Top50 restaurant) we savored a magnificent meal along with one of the "house wines" from Château Haut-Brion in one of the legendary private dining rooms (thank you🙏)

After a marvellous Chassagne Montrachet from Bruno Colin, the "La Clarté de Haut-Brion" was an excellent match for the John Dory - a superb pairing with a bit of help from the sommelier.

For the main dishes we had the chance to enjoy a 2009 Fixin from Leroy and a Griottes-Chambertin Grand Cru 2015 from Lucien le Moine 🍇🍷🙌🏼

A combination of fantastic wine, food, company, and surroundings made this an unforgettable evening ❤️

We've got a new addition to the showroom - a mahogany grand piano from 1952. Carefully restored by - it was inaugurated at a VIP event at the showroom (video is coming soon).

Absolutely YES - if the bottle happens to be a Chateau Haut-Brion 2006 🙌🏼🍷

Found this treasure at a restaurant, so of course we bought it and shared with good friends.

One of the Big Five from Bordeaux, Haut Brion never ceases to amaze me - and this beautiful specimen was in perfect condition. Godlike and pure, with an incredible texture and length that seems like it stays forever.

The champagne tasting with Philippe Costa was a great success.

Thank you to all the guests and to Luca Costa for traveling to Denmark and presenting his amazing lineup of sparkling wines. Small in quantity - huge in quality 🙌🏼🎉🎊🍾

Philippe Costa's champagnes will most likely be sold out within the next two months, so don't wait too long if you want to taste them 🍾🏃‍♂️💨

Yesterday we had the pleasure of having Margherita from Poliziano visiting us and presenting their amazing wines.

One of the very best producers from Montepulciano in Tuscany, their Sangiovese based wines and Super Tuscans are not only world class in terms of quality - but also incredible value at their respective points.
