What do you think it was like when God was inventing the universe? What would inspire such a thing? Get yourself out in nature as much as possible. If you are tired and run down, it's because you're not getting enough darshan (blessing from a master) from nature! Even if you're in the city, go to the park and sit under a tree, or even out on the sidewalk, that's fine. Just get a blessing every day from nature and I promise! You will feel better! You have to be willing to go into both the dark and the light areas of self in order to truly heal deeply, but don't be afraid! It's worth the work!

Let you unconscious mind be uncluttered and unfettered with old programming so you can create the beautiful reality you were meant to live! Find those old programs and get them out of there! Don't waste any more time on garbage programming. Be freeeeeee!

I use the free repeating alarm from my phone app store to remind me every hour to keep installing new programs, and it works! Makes such a big difference. Your unconscious mind will believe whatever you repeat to it and then it will start repeating it too. It's just a machine. Learn how to use your machine well and it will create a great reality!!!!

Just passin it on! It's amazing how well it works. Have to be persistent though. Keep at it!

Antay Phuru is a good friend of mine and keeps fire for ceremonies at Gaia Sagrada, particularly my San Pedro ceremonies. You may remember him doing YOUR limpia (cleansing when you first arrived at Gaia. His little boy has a hole in his heart that must be closed, and needs open heart surgery they cannot afford.
