Bento Japanese Lunch Box is the brainchild of Bone-ito home delivery and catering food service owners Matthew Hart, Debby Degamo and James Dahili. Plaza San Sebastian at the corner of Mariscal Sucre 14-93 and Coronel Talbot. Bento has the best ramen in town, with homemade alkaline noodles, organic beef and chicken broth-based soup (no additives, preservatives or artificial flavor enhancers), soy-sauce, ginger and garlic marinated pork tenderloin, 5 vegetables and a soy-sauce boiled egg. Fresh nigiris and sushi rolls by James, also available will be hand-made gyoza, pork or chicken katsu, chicken or portobello teriyaki, shrimp and vegetarian tempura. Fresh salads, lots of vegetarian option, Japanese stir fry, Japanese curry and great desserts provided by Bone-ito.
