It turned out to be a beautiful day yesterday! Again, lots of new faces. Thanks for taking time out of your weekend to come by Gran Feria Sabatino's. Our participants appreciate your support.

We'll do it again in three weeks on July 6. Vendors are already lining up to participate in Cuenca's biggest and best weekend feria. Until then, amigos!

Yesterday's weather was spectacular, and we had a great group of shoppers supporting our vendors. Thank you!

Thank you, Cuenca, for showing up big to yesterday's Gran Feria Sabatino's. Several long-time vendors said it was their best day ever, and many of our new participants were impressed by the turnout.

We'll do it again on Saturday, June 1. There are already 34 confirmed participants so watch this space for updates. We'll see you soon!

Yesterday was sensational! It was great to see so many of you come out to shop, to eat, and to have fun. And welcome to all of the new shoppers! We hope this was your first of many visits to Cuenca's biggest and best weekend feria.

You asked, and we've answered. Our smoked brisket will be back just in time for Saturday's Gran Feria Sabatino's. You'll find lots of other specials, and the full menu will be available as well.

•Smoked Brisket Sandwich with BBQ beans and French fries ~ $7
•Ravioli (chicken, spinach or mixed with choice of sauce: marinara, pesto or creamy pesto) with salad ~ $7
•Chicken Fried Steak with mashed potatoes and salad ~ $7
•Fried Chicken with mashed potatoes and salad ~ $7
•Cheeseburger (250g--that's more than a 1/2 pound!) and fries ~ $5
•Steak and eggs ~ $6 (until 12 noon)

We weren't sure what to expect today so anything would have been a pleasant surprise. Today was far more than pleasant; it was STUPENDOUS! We were a bit short on our usual number of vendors, but all of our participants and shoppers were thrilled.

We'll see you again on May 4. With the expanded grounds, we're on track to have nearly 40 entrepreneurs present. We'll see you in two weeks.
