Land:
Papi Pollo has a total of 5 warehouses to allocate all the chicken that will be distributed. The main ones are in Quito, Guayaquil, and Babahoyo. this have more than 90% of our products. the other 2 are to smaller ones located in Cuenca and Esmeraldas to be able to attend all our clients. Our administrative office is located in the Quito warehouse.

Labor
White collar: A small portion of the work force involves all the administrative workers that are in charge of the business and the legal issues.

Blue collar
Skilled labor: A small portion of the workforce in the blue collar will require skills. They are the ones in charge of selecting the best chickens to satisfy all our clients. This means they need to have a lot of knowledge about chickens and their behavior.

Unskilled labor: The rest of the blue collar work force are all which involve truck drivers, and handlers in side the warehouses. This is the majority of all the workhouse.

Capital:
Papi Pollo is a wholesaler which means that our whole business runs around delivery. A great part of our investment needs to focus on the transportation means of our products. This involves trucks and pick ups. Another important factor is the construction of the warehouse and the technology that will be used to store the chicken.

Entrepreneurship:
The scale of our business is huge for Ecuadorian standards and will require an important inicial investments, but the lack of competition that exists for such quality products will help us to recuperate our investment after 2 years of production.

Papi Pollo does not produce the chicken, but it distributes it as a wholesaler in almost every province in Ecuador. We buy the chicken from groups like "Oro Verde" and "Indaves" by selecting individual groups of chickens with the best characteristics.

How to produce it?
We are the best chicken wholesaler in Ecuador because we get the best quality products and store them with the newest technology in chicken industry. We also have the most qualified delivery service in the country making our service extremely efficient.

Who will consume the product?
Our product is primarily destined for important restaurants all around the country. Another big market for the product is catering services that provide their resources for big and exclusive events which demand the best quality in all products.

How much to produce?
We have a very wide market that we need to attend, so we will need a lot of chicken. Our main warehouses will be located in Quito, Guayaquil, and Babahoyo allocating more than 90% of our product. We will distribute about 4,000,000 million chickens in or first 2 years.
