Join us for an inspiring lecture with Jordan Morris, creator of Haiku the Robot, a critically acclaimed 2D action-adventure platformer available on Steam and Nintendo Switch. Jordan's journey began with a successful crowdfunding campaign, and Haiku the Robot has since gained widespread praise, even earning a limited physical release on Switch. Following this success, he recently released his second game, Rusty’s Retirement, which has already sold over 300,000 copies. In this lecture, Jordan will share his experience of building and marketing games entirely on his own, offering insights into the indie game development process, successful crowdfunding, and the challenges of solo marketing. Halloween is generally seen as the time to wear costumes, but not just! It’s also the time to express yourself through fun and flashy fashions. In this lecture we will cover Halloween specific releases, prints and designs by different lo**ta fashion brands. Includes a short introduction to lo**ta fashion and Q & A at the end.

You made an awesome costume, you invited a photographer, and now what? You want to start shooting cosplay, but what do you do with the cosplayer who isn't a professional model? If those are the questions you ever asked yourself, this is your chance to find the answers. Come listen to .d.sama a (she/they), cosplay photographer of 15 years, shed some light and share some tips.
