**Kraana paigaldamine: lahenduste leidmine keerukates olukordades**

"Kui on tahe, on ka lahendus."💪 Meie viimane sildkraana paigaldusprojekt pani selle tõeliselt proovile!

Sageli toimub kraanade paigaldamise ajal tööplatsil ka muid tegevusi. Seekord pidime olema loomingulised. Tööpink ei ole veel sisse seatud ja uksi on vaja teha madalamaks. Kuid kraana oli vaja graafikujärgselt paigaldada, et järgmised tegevused saaks jätkuda.

Mida me siis tegime?🧐
Kohanesime ja tegime ära! Paigaldasime tugikonstruktsiooni mitmes osas, kooskõlastades käimasoleva ehitusega. Tehes tihedat koostööd kliendiga, paigaldasime kraana ruumi tagumisse ossa, ilma et see mõjutaks ülejäänud tööprotsessi. Kõik peitub meeskonnatöös ja paindlikkuses.

Suur tänu meie pühendunud paigaldusjuhile ja meeskonnale, kes selle väljakutset pakkuva projekti edukaks tegid.👏 Usume lahenduste leidmisse, mitte probleemidesse takerdumisse. See paigaldus annab tunnistust meie meeskonna vastupidavusest ja pühendumusest, et töö saab tehtud.

**Crane Installation: Finding Solutions in Complexity**

"If there's a will, there's always a solution." 💪 Our latest overhead crane installation project truly put this to the test!

Often, when we install cranes, there are other activities happening at the worksite. This time, we had to get creative. The work center isn't set up, and the doors were in the process of being redone. But the crane needed to be installed on schedule to keep everything moving forward.

So, what did we do?🧐
We adapted and overcame! We install the support construction in several parts, coordinating with the ongoing construction. By working closely with the customer, we managed to install the crane to the back of the room without impacting the rest of the worksite. It's all about teamwork and flexibility.

Big thanks to our dedicated Assembly Manager and team who made this challenging project a success. 👏We believe in finding solutions, not dwelling on problems. This installation is a testament to our team's resilience and commitment to getting the job done right.

Eesti ettevõte toodab CERNi päästjatele liiklusvahendeid Eesti insenerid võitsid Euroopa Tuumauuringute Organisatsiooni (CERN) hanke, et luua maailma suurima osakestefüüsika labori hiigeltunnelites liikuvad platvormid, millega päästemeeskonnad saavad kiiresti jõuda parandama ohutusplokkide ja seadmete liigutamise taristut.

🌟Teatame uhkusega, et oleme allkirjastanud lepingu sildkraanade pargi tarnimiseks uude haruldaste muldmetallide püsimagnetite tehasesse Narvas.🤩

Projekt sisaldab mitme 11 kuni 27m pikkuse sildkraana, mis on varustatud Street ZX telfitega, paigaldamist koos kraana tugikonstruktsioonidega. Lisaks sisaldab tarne ATEX-sertifikaadiga plahvatuskindlat kraanat, mis vastab rangetele tööstuseeskirjadele.

🌟Proud to announce that we have signed a contract to deliver a fleet of top-notch overhead cranes to new Magnequench, a division of Neo Performance Materials, rare earth permanent magnet manufacturing facility in Estonia.🤩

This project encompasses the installation of several overhead cranes span 11 up to 27 meters equipped with Street Crane ZX hoists, complete with crane support structures. Additionally, supply includes an ATEX-certified crane, in compliance with stringent industry regulations.

In addition to pier boat cranes, EKVCRANES has launched a completely new product - lifter for removing masts from yachts. Inclined arm with 13 m lifting height allows conveniently and safely remove masts from yachts, for their further proper storage in a horizontal position. The sealing season is over, it's time to take the masts down!

Another lucky Friday we can celebrate! 2 lifting beams were born in EKVCRANES premises: small 150 kg gripper and his "big brother" 30 000 kg (with double lifting capacity protection).

The new 10 t bridge crane was installed in a pellet factory, pellet chips made from wood residues have become very popular as bio fuel for heating systems in Baltics. Despite crane long production time due to global supply chain delays in this season, the installation itself took only two days - in accordance with good planning with the client, the crane was erected and successfully tested at the agreed stage of construction (at a height of 18 m). Now civil works, as roof and building intermediate floors can be continued and completed.
