construction is planned to provide a flexible
connection between a wide and various
international brands for all retail goods to
public, such as clothes stores of well known and
worldwide brands, cosmetics, flower shops, gift
stores, communication stores, optics,
accessories, computer shops, car showrooms,
and many other facilities and stores that are all
to serve the community.

From our work for Water Front Portsaid.
A collaboration between and Marzouk Constructions.

Water Front Portsaid is the first of its type mall and
planned to be the largest commercial center in the
city of Portsaid. The mall provides over 30,000 m2
of gross leasable area (GLA) on 9 levels.
The Mall will be serving and providing more than
3,000 m2 on 7 levels for administrative offices and
clinics in addition to the areas with integrated
services starting by private entrance systems till
the financial entities such as banks and others. In
addition, The Mall will be providing parking areas
for over 800 cars, with access to the mall entries.
