Responsibilities
• Review and analyze system specifications
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Monitor system and software functionality
• Advise best practices and optimizations throughout testing and bug-fixing processes

Requirements and skills

Responsibilities:

• Planning, implementation, monitoring and control of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Writing technical scopes for websites & mobile applications
• Testing websites & mobile applications when needed
• Managing activity and resource planning
• Managing remote teams and ensure workflow is running smoothly
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

He/she will get to work 5 days/week in our office in Alexandria.

Responsibilities/Duties:
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems, applications and other IT equipment’s.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
In charge of office domain & active directory.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware, operating system, and software related problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and server access problems for end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with WAN, VLAN, firewall, VPN, etc.
• Perform software and basic internet troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation and resolution.
• Responsible for machine backup.

Professional Skill:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or in Systems and Information Technology.
• 1-3 years’ experience.
