نحيط سيادتكم علمًا بأنه سيتم عمل فحص شامل للطلاب من قبل وزارة الصحة ( قياس طول ،وزن ،إبصار ، سماعة ...)
وذلك ابتداءً من يوم الإثنين الموافق 19 فبراير حتي يوم الأربعاء الموافق 21 فبراير.
نتمني من الجميع الحضور وعمل الفحص حفاظاً علي سلامة جميع أبنائنا بالمدرسة.

Dear parents and guardians,
Here is the scheduled time for the annual class photo for the academic year 2023-2024
-Absence is not allowed during that date.
-Students should come in proper school uniform.
Kindly note that the deadline for class photo reservation will be on the Sunday 18 th of February -2024 and the school will not accept any payment after that time.

برجاء العلم أنه لن يتم تطعيم من لديه حرارة أو يأخذ مضاد حيوي…

تنوية:
بعد التطعيم يمكن حدوث حرارة بسيطه أو ألم بالذراع وهذا أمر طبيعي ومؤقت.

A gentle reminder of the general school rules.

1-All students should come to school with full uniform .
Colorful jackets , hair bands , socks and shoes are completely forbidden.

2- All kind of accessories ( bracelets , caps , necklaces, etc ) are totally forbidden, except for earrings for girls and watches for both boys and girls .

3- Hair dye, nail polish and make up are forbidden.

4- Students tidy clean look and appropriate hair cuts are not an option .

Any student who will violate any of the above rules will not attend the morning line and will not be allowed inside the class for the first session.
The inappropriate items or the mobile phones kept inside the classes will be taken away from the students and will be kept at school until one of the parents come and take them.

السادة أولياء الأمور الكرام ،،
برجاء العلم أنه سيتم التشديد علي القوانين و التعليمات الأتية بدء من الفصل الدراسي الثاني و الذي يبدأ يوم الأحد الموافق ١١/٢/٢٠٢٤

١- الإلتزام بالزي المدرسي كاملاً و
(الحذاء الأسود / ابيض/ كحلي )

٢- ممنوع نهائياً ارتداء الكاب والحظاظات والإكسسوارات و السلاسل ، فيما عدا الحلق للبنات و الساعة للأولاد و البنات.

٣- الإهتمام بنظافة الزي المدرسي ونظافة الطالب الشخصية و قص الأظافر من الضروريات .
كما نشدد علي ضرورة قص الشعر للأولاد و لم الشعر للبنات .

٤- صبغة الشعر و طلاء الأظافر و المكياج ممنوعين

في حالة مخالفة الطالب لأي من التعليمات السابقة لن يسمح له بحضور الطابور الصباحي و الحصة الأولي في المرة الأولي و في حالة تكرار المخالفة لن يسمح له باستكمال اليوم الدراسي و يتم الاتصال بولي الأمر لاصطحابه.

كما سيتم أخذ أي شىء مخالف أو الهاتف المحمول إن وجد داخل الفصل و لم يتم تسليمه لمشرفة الدور لحين حضور ولي الأمر و إستلامه.

نود أن نذكر سيادتكم أن طابور الصباح يبدأ في تمام الساعة السابعة و النصف و تبدأ الحصة الأولي في تمام الساعة السابعة و خمس و أربعون دقيقة و بناء علي هذا سيتم إغلاق بوابات المدرسة في تمام الساعة الثامنة صباحا و لن يتم السماح لأي طالب بالدخول بعد ذلك الوقت .
