Position: QC Raw Material Analyst

Experience: 1-3 years

Preferred Gender: Male

Job Description:

Biomed Pharmaceutical Industries is seeking a motivated and experienced QC Raw Material Analyst to join our team. As a QC Raw Material Analyst, you will be responsible for performing quality control testing and analysis on raw materials used in the production of pharmaceutical products. Your role will involve conducting various tests, inspecting samples, and ensuring compliance with established quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of raw materials using analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, and UV-Vis spectroscopy.
- Conduct physical and chemical tests on raw materials to determine their identity, purity, and quality.
- Review and analyze test results, and prepare reports documenting findings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all testing activities.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and other regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve any quality-related issues.
- Participate in the development and validation of analytical methods.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, and UV-Vis spectroscopy.
- Familiarity with cGMP and other regulatory requirements.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
