Creating an internal event is something common & simple. You draw your designs, Come up with some words, Produce and execute...But if you want to get to the NEXT LEVEL, you create a REALITY! We've created an event for GSK, but not yet another event! The participants came in to see actual pharmacies from different countries to get a glimpse of the actual market....Our NEXT LEVEL here was CREATING REALITY!

In today's world, you have to have imagination. You have to be able to look at one thing and be able to imagine a WHOLE WORLD around it. And this alone still isn't enough, you have to be able to BUILD it. L'Oréal Active Cosmetics wanted to teach their employees this mind set of Imagination & Efficiency...So we've created a LEGO themed event called "The Story Of A Piece"...which is how you can look at one building block and be able to imagine a world around it...it was an event full of team building FUN, LEARNINGS and IMAGINATIONS!

Everything we do comes from nature, and gets back to nature. and its in our nature to keep creating those smooth displays, just like we did for Herbal Essences!

There’s a very fine line in production between what’s possible and what’s impossible, and this fine line is simply Brand Aid! In Jordan, we decided whats possible by producing this artsy pillar for Coca Cola Zero!

Laroche Posay’s latest product launch Retinol B3 was indeed a great success. After hosting an event with the industry’s most reputable dermatologist and influencers we were able to create an innovative, memorable experience by combining technology and history. The event took place at one of the seven wonders of the world, The Egyptian Pyramids.

“Redbull gives you wings”, that is how we’ve always known them. But in today’s world just a couple of old fashioned wings aren’t enough. We at Brandaid upgraded those wings to add some digital, enhanced and trendy looking POSM’s with wings that fly to THE FUTURE!

"Why So Serious?!" Because Oreo is Batman's favorite snack. we've created a floor display to highlight a promotion that gives the kids a chance to relive Batman's adventures. It's time to see how the DARK KNIGHT saves Gotham!

Egypt may have lost the final, but to us they are true champions. Snickers wanted to help everyone show their support for our national team, so we decided to take it to the stores, and create an interactive floor display. They got to see themselves on the screen and try to eat the virtual snickers bars they see. the more snickers they eat the more "Egyptian Fans" filters that are added. They snap a picture and upload it on social media.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
Cater and manage clients’ accounts across different industries. Lead weekly status calls, communicate and coordinate all projects’ details with clients and debrief the Studio and the Event Management team. In addition to working closely with clients to generate genuine on-ground activation initiatives with the help of the creative and design teams.

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES
• Gather information and have an instinctual curiosity about design trends in on-ground activation ideas, customer engagement initiatives and experiential marketing;
• Experience doing administrative task such as event/activity reports, cost sheets and checklists;
• Develop proposals within brief requirements, guidelines and budget of the assignment;
• Assist Event Managers with set-up of event assets prior to event/project;
• Assist the Event Managers in managing staffing and elements onsite;
• Troubleshoot issues on site in collaboration with the Activation Manager;
• Resourceful, innovative, and proactive. Ability to work in a team environment and under tight deadlines is prerequisite;

STRATEGY
Looking at a client's business with a broader view of its industry and competition, and then marrying that analysis with communications techniques. Clients expect their agency counterparts to know their business. It's about bringing your communications expertise to the specific objectives of the business. It's about bringing new thinking that works within the realities of your client's brand and budget.

EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATIONS
Being an Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying the needs of the client by asking pertinent questions and listening attentively to their requirements. It is critical that all communications are concise, clear and convincing for internal debrief.

RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
Relationship building is a need that every agency points out, however, we need to define what taking care of the client really means. We should anticipate problems vs. simply reacting, and help internal teams navigate and solve.
