وقف التعامل بمستندات التحصيل .. والتحول الي الاستيراد فقط عن طريق عن طريق البنك
قرر البنك المركزي المصري وقف التعامل بمستندات التحصيل في تنفيذ كافة العمليات الاستيرادية، والعمل "بالاعتمادات المستندية" فقط، وفق وثيقة بتاريخ 12 فبراير 2022 من المركزي المصري للبنوك العاملة في مصر .
في الاعتمادات المستندية، يكون التعامل بين البنك المستورد والبنك المصدر، وتكون البنوك لاعباً أساسياً بالعملية، بينما في مستندات التحصيل يكون التعامل بين المستورد والمصدر بشكلٍ مباشر وبناءً على ثقة قديمة بينهما في التعامل، ويكون دور البنك وسيطاً فقط.

يأتي قرار المركزي المصري قبل أسبوعين من تفعيل منظومة التسجيل المُسبق للشحنات التي يتم استيرادها من الخارج والتي ستكون إلزامية.
نظام التسجيل المُسبق للشحنات (ACI) هو نظام جمركي جديد طبقاً للمادة 39 من قانون الجمارك رقم 207 لسنة 2020، وتهدف مصر من خلال تلك المنظومة لحوكمة عملية الاستيراد، ومنع استيراد البضائع مجهولة الهوية أو المصدر، وتقليل زمن وتكلفة الإفراج عن البضائع، واستخدام البيانات والمستندات الإلكترونية والاستغناء عن المستندات الورقية.
استثنى البنك المركزي المصري من قراره "فروع الشركات الأجنبية والشركات التابعة لها، مع السماح للبنوك بقبول مستندات التحصيل الواردة عن بضائع تمّ شحنها بالفعل قبل صدور هذا القرار".

مصادقة الشركة في حالة طرح الميزانية
العمومية للشركة للجمهور أو أحد المؤسسات

دراسة واعتماد الشركات فى حالة الرغبة فى
اندماج شركتين أو أكثر

مصادقة المحاسب القانوني المعتمد على الحسابات الختامية للشركة

مراجعة المستندات المالية لتحديد عدم الدقة

الحفاظ على الملفات المنظمة لجميع الحالات القانونية

إجراء مراجعة منتظمة للسجلات المالية لضمان الامتثال للقانون

المحاسب القانونى يقوم بتقديم الاستشارات الضريبية والمحاسبية

الموافقة على الميزانيات ودراسة الجدوى فى حالة طلب الشركات بتمويل من البنوك

تحليل البيانات المالية وتتبع التناقضات مع التنبؤ ومنع الاحتيال المالي

Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)

Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality

Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications

Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance

Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems

Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment

Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work

Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)

Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule

Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
