Dear Osanies,

Firstly we hope that everyone is ok.

The health and well being of our community has always been the most important thing to us which is why we have made the difficult decision to close our doors temporarily effective tomorrow Wednesday 18th of March.

We will no longer be able to offer in person classes or treatments and the cafe will be closed. All class passes will be given a one month extension automatically.

We are looking at ways to move our community online during this period by hosting virtual classes, workshops and one-on-one sessions.

We are also setting up a cafe delivery service to serve you at home… we will announce as soon as we can when this is operational.

As both of these are new to us we would appreciate if any one in the community that has skills or insight in these areas and would be willing to assist us get in touch

We will announce as soon as our online schedule is available and share the list of all online treatments that we can offer.

Our wonderful teachers have agreed to offer these classes for free to support our community in this difficult time

We hope that our closure will be for only a short time and we will be back up and running as soon as the situation allows

We are so excited to have GoodGut Mama with us for the entirety of February at the Osana Market!

The foods of GoodGut Mama are created to promote gut health and enhance the gut microbiome. Many of the food products align with GAPS diet, ketogenic diet, paleo, low carb and many more food lifestyles.
