Delineate Design Studio is a growing company based in Cairo. It was established in 2014 and works in the field of Architectural Design & Ex*****on.


What We Do

- ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
Architectural Design is the art and Science of designing buildings, So we are focused on creating convenient & practical Architectural Spaces suitable for the desired purpose (residential, commercial or administrative), as well as creating attractive Architectural Facades which express the spirit of the designed building.

- INTERIOR DESIGN
Interior Design is the process of shaping the experience of interior space through the manipulation of spatial volume as well as surface treatment. That is why we are responsible during the design to choose colors, materials used, as well as places of furniture, very carefully because of its physical & emotional effect on the user. We also design spatial volumes in the way that serves the function desired from the place, (whether residential, commercial or administrative).

- LANDSCAPE DESIGN
Landscape Design is the design of outdoor public areas, landmarks, and structures to achieve environmental, social-behavioral, or aesthetic outcomes. Therefore we are aware that the success of landscape design depends on the respect of nature and natural elements such as trees, plants, water and other elements of the "Softscape" and its consistency with the industrial elements such as concrete flooring, steel structures and other elements of the "Hardscape". All this must be in a way that serves the function of the place (residential, commercial or administrative) and the form in which it makes the user attracted to the beauty of nature and feel comfortable.

- CONTRACTING & EX*****ON
Contracting & Ex*****on stage is the stage of transforming the design (Architectural, Interior or Landscape) from just drawings and three-dimensional shots into reality, so quality and perfection is the first of our priorities for Contracting & Ex*****on.


OUR PROCESS

1) MEET & AGREE
The first step in our process is to Meet with our customer in our own office or on site to discuss the required work, whether the work is designing or ex*****on, along with the presentation of some of our previous projects and our experiences to the customer and agreeing on the initial expected cost estimation in order to start the job, until reaching a final appropriate cost with the client later.

2) IDEA & CONCEPT
The second step in our process is presenting the ideas and concepts proposed by our talented team for the project through sketches, pictures or 3D models to the customer, with an explanation of features of these proposals to discuss with the customer to reaching the final idea & concept.

3) Design & Create
The third step in our Process is starting the Designing & Creating the project through our talented designers based on the approved ideas & Concepts.

4) Build & Install
The fourth and last step in our process is Building & Installing the well-designed project by our site engineers based on a well-studied criteria to ensure the highest quality and most accurate details.
