We are seeking a Technical Writer to join our Consultation team. As a Technical Writer in this field, you will be crucial in creating clear and concise documentation related to various consultation projects and ISO standards. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in developing and maintaining technical documentation that aligns with industry-specific requirements and best practices.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and project teams to gather information and understand the specific requirements of GRC.
• Develop, review, and update technical documents such as processes, policies, manuals, and guidelines in accordance with the consultation project and ISO standards.
• Ensure that every documentation appropriately matches the consultation projects' objectives, processes, and requirements, as well as the customer's templates.
• Conduct research and analysis to obtain information for documentation, which may include examining current documentation, conducting interviews, and participating in meetings.
• Edit and proofread documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, grammar, and adherence to established standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of document templates, style guides, and other documentation standards specific to consultation and ISO requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, auditors, and project managers, to ensure that documentation meets project objectives and aligns with best practices.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of document control processes, including version control and document review cycles.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficient in using Arabic in writing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with consultation processes and ISO standards, such as ISO 20000-1, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, or other relevant GRC.
• Proficiency in using documentation tools, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and content management systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior experience in technical writing, consultation, or ISO-related roles is a plus.
