Peir 88, Almaza Bay - North Coast: a luxurious project delivered in record time in the summer of 2020

In 3 months we have delivered this project which included core and shell, MEP and finishing works.

From last summer's fast track project at Silver Sands, North Coast, the most prominent area.

We have completed core and shell, MEP, and finishing works in under three months, while our friends at KH studio designed the venue, which can host up to 4,000 people by the beach.

The GnK Venue hosted several events, including Egyptian superstar Mohamed Ramadan, iconic Jamie Jones in collaboration with Ibiza’s event and record label Paradise. And we can't wait for this year's upcoming events at this monumental venue
