وقد قمنا بتقديم هذة الدورات لنخبة من أساتذة العلم والمعرفة في مصلحة الضرائب المصرية وتشرفنا بحضور دكتور فايز الضبعاني "رئيس مصلحة الضرائب المصرية" والرئيس التنفيذى لشركة إى تاكس المهندس خالد عبد الغني.

eTax is taking more steps towards development and accomplishments.
In cooperation with SAP, eTax has performed two different training courses to always achieve more progress and success; SAP Activate Methodology and SAP Design Thinking for Business Innovation.
These trainings have been conducted with a group of digital transformation leaders in the Egyptian Tax Authority. We have been honored and acknowledged by the attendance of Dr. Fayez ElDabany; the Head of the Egyptian Tax Authority and our Chief Executive Officer; Eng. Khaled Abd Elghany.
It has been a learning journey that will always keep us moving forward towards more success and achievements.

We are thrilled to announce that eTax has been appraised at level 3 of ISACA’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI-DEV version 2.0. ). The appraisal was performed by Software Engineering Competence Centre (SECC).
CMMI is a proven, outcome-based performance model and the globally accepted standard for improving capability, optimizing business performance and aligning operations to business goals.
This significant accomplishment demonstrates our dedication to delivering high-quality software solutions and reflects our commitment to excellence in our development processes. By achieving maturity level 3, we have established well-defined and standardized processes that enable us to consistently deliver reliable and efficient software solutions to our clients.

The appraisal, which took place on October 04, 2023, signifies that our organization has met the strict criteria set by CMMI. Thanks to the hard work, collaboration, and continuous improvement efforts of our talented team. We have demonstrated our capability to manage projects effectively and efficiently, ensuring that we meet customer requirements, deliver projects on time, and maintain a focus on quality.

We are proud to announce that the validity of our appraisal extends until October 2026. This means that our appraisal results are considered current and applicable for the next three years. During this period, we will continue to adhere to our established processes, monitor key performance indicators, and conduct regular process reviews to ensure that we maintain our high standards of software development.

During the surveillance audit process, our team demonstrated the effective implementation and adherence to the requirements of this certificate. It validates our ability to consistently provide reliable and efficient IT services to our partners, ensuring their business operations run smoothly and securely.
