اجتمع السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي اليوم مع الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي رئيس مجلس الوزراء، والدكتور على المصيلحي وزير التموين والتجارة الداخلية، والفريق أحمد الشاذلي رئيس هيئة الشئون المالية للقوات المسلحة، واللواء أركان حرب وليد أبو المجد مدير عام جهاز مشروعات الخدمة الوطنية للقوات المسلحة، واللواء أركان حرب تيمور موسى رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة "سايلو فودز".

وصرح المستشار أحمد فهمي المتحدث الرسمي باسم رئاسة الجمهورية بأن الاجتماع تناول الموقف التنفيذي لمجمع "قها وإدفينا" للصناعات الغذائية المتطورة، فضلاً عن متابعة سير العمل بالمدينة الصناعية الغذائية "سايلو فودز" بمدينة السادات في محافظة المنوفية، بعد افتتاح مرحلتها الثانية في شهر فبراير الماضي، وفي ضوء كونها أحد أهم المشروعات الغذائية والصناعية على مستوى الدولة، وتضم العديد من المصانع الإنتاجية التكاملية التي تتم إدارتها بمنظومات تقنية رفيعة المستوى، كما تشتمل على مساحة واسعة للتخزين وصوامع للحبوب.

وأوضح المتحدث الرسمي أن السيد الرئيس وجه خلال الاجتماع بمواصلة الجهود الجارية لتعميق التصنيع والإنتاج الغذائي في مصر، في ضوء الأهمية البالغة لهذا القطاع الحيوي في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي للشعب المصري، لاسيما في ظل المتغيرات والأزمات المتلاحقة في هذا المجال على مستوى العالم، والتي تبذل الدولة أقصى جهودها لتجنيب المواطنين انعكاساتها السلبية.

Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met with Prime Minister Dr. Moustafa Madbouly, Minister of Supply and Internal Trade Dr. Ali Al-Moselhi, Head of the Financial Affairs Authority of the Armed Forces Lieutenant General Ahmed El-Shazly, Director General of the National Service Projects Organization (NSPO) Major General Walid Abul-Magd and Chairman of Silo Foods Major General Taymur Moussa.

The Spokesman for the Presidency, Counselor Ahmed Fahmy, said the meeting reviewed the status of the Qaha and Edfina complex for advanced food industries, as well as progress of work in the food industrial city, Silo Foods, in Sadat City in Menoufiya after launching the second phase last February. Silo Foods is considered one of the most important food and industrial projects nationwide and includes many integrated production factories that are managed by high-level technical systems. It also includes a large area for storage and grain silos.

The President gave directives to continue ongoing efforts to deepen industrialization and food production in Egypt, in light of the great importance of this vital sector in achieving food security for the Egyptian people, particularly in light of the successive changes and crises in this field worldwide. The state is doing its utmost efforts to help spare the Egyptian people the negative repercussions of those crises.

Since 2020, CEGMAN had been involved in one of the most challenging projects in EGYPT and was the start point to a new business line in the company. The project was the modernization and restructuring of the Egyptian Sugar and Integrated Industries company (ESIIC), not only on the engineering consultancy basis but also it included all the general consulting scope from the strategic planning, financial, marketing and human resources point of view.
Bearing the responsibility of such a strategic company, CEGMAN team of Experts had conducted more than 200 meetings with the client, analyzed more than 4000 documents received from ESIIC, made more than 300 site visits all over the country specially upper Egypt investigating the Sugar factories owned by ESIIC and finally prepared with care 10 comprehensive reports including SWOT/internal analysis, technical evaluation, asset evaluation, market research/analysis/product mix, high-level organization plan, high-level strategic and action plan reports, which were presented and discussed with the company officials and the ministry of supply and internal trade to announce the success of the project from all aspects after two good years to bring the legacy back to one of the oldest national companies in the country (Est. 1881) and ensure its leadership for many coming years. This project was the seed to a new business line in CEGMAN namely the business development consultation sector, handling inhouse more than 5 projects with similar scope, hoping they all come to the same exquisite results achieved in ESIIC modernization project.

منذ عام 2020 , بدأت المجموعة الهندسية الاستشارية سيجمان العمل علي مشروع إعادة هيكلة وتطوير شركة السكر والصناعات التكاملية المصرية والذي يعد نقطة البداية لإنشاء قسم جديد بالشركة وهو قطاع تنمية الأعمال و الذي بدوره يتولى أعمال التخطيط الاستراتيجي والاستشارات المالية والتسويقية والموارد البشرية الي جانب الاستشارات الفنية والهندسية.

لتحقيق أهداف المشروع للنهوض بالشركة العريقة ذات المنتج الاستراتيجي ، قامت المجموعة بعقد أكثر من مائتي اجتماع مع العميل ، مراجعة وتحليل اكثر من 4000 مستند ، أكثر من 300 زيارة لمصانع ووحدات الشركة في القطر المصري وخاصة في الصعيد وأخيرا إعداد حزمة من التقارير تضم تقارير تحليل نقاط الضعف والقوة/التحليل الداخلي ، الحالة الفنية لمصانع السكر/تقييم الأصول ، بحوث السوق وتحليلها ومزيج المنتجات و أخيرا تقارير البناء المؤسسي و الخطة الاستراتيجية والتنفيذية لتطوير الشركة. وقد تم عرض ومناقشة تقارير ونتائج المشروع علي السادة وزير التموين والتجارة الداخلية و مجلس إدارة شركة السكر والشركة القابضة للصناعات الغذائية بعد عامين من العمل الدؤوب لتقر جميع الجهات جدوي ونجاح مخطط تطوير الشركة لإعادة الإرث المعهود لشركة من أقدم الشركات الحكومية بالدولة وضمان استمرارها لسنوات عديدة دون تعثر.
تجدر الإشارة الي ان المجموعة الهندسية الاستشارية سيجمان تقوم حاليا بتولي حزمة من المشروعات المماثلة تقدر بحوالي 5 مشروعات بنفس نطاق الأعمال آملين من المولي عز وجل التوفيق للوصول الي نفس النتائج المبهرة لمشروع إعادة هيكلة وتطوير شركة السكر والصناعات التكاملية.

انتهت المجموعة الهندسية الاستشارية ( سيجمان ) من الاعمال الاستشارية الخاصة بتطوير بحيرة عين الصيرة و أعمال تطوير الواجهات وتدعيم المبانى الإدارية وتنسيق الموقع العام لوادى الفروسية بمنطقة عين الصيرة
والجدير بالذكر أنه تم تطوير وادى الفروسية ليستوفى متطلبات البطولات الرياضية وخدماتها الفندقية والترفيهية كمنطقة رياضية ترفيهية متكاملة. وتشتمل المدينة على مدرسة الفروسية وملاعب التدريب والملاعب الرئيسية ومبنى التحكيم والفندق بالإضافة إلى الاسطبلات والمبنى الإجتماعى والمطاعم والكافتيريات.

CEGMAN had accomplished the consulting works for the development of Ain Al-Siera lake and a comprehensive development of the Equestrian Valley to meet the requirements of the sports championships and their hotel and recreational services as an integrated recreational sports area. The city includes an equestrian school, training yard, main playgrounds, refereeing building, hotel, as well as stables, social building, restaurants and cafeterias.

قام السيد وزير التموين الدكتور / علي المصيلحي بعمل زيارة لموقع مجمع قها وإدفينا للصناعات الغذائية المتطورة بمدينة السادات لمتابعة سير الأعمال الخاص بالمشروع وقد تفقد سيادته مواقع المصانع المُزمع إنشاؤها وقد رافقه في الزيارة السيد اللواء / أحمد حسانين رئيس مجلس الإدارة الشركة القابضة للصناعات الغذائية والسيد اللواء / تيمور أبو المجد رئيس مجلس الإدارة ، وقد أكد الدكتور المصيلحي أن هذا المجمع والصرح الصناعي العظيم يأتي في إطار توجيهات سيادة رئيس الجمهورية لتلبية مؤسسات الدولة المختلفة من المنتجات الغذائية الرئيسية.
والجدير بالذكر أن سيجمان هى الإستشارى العام المنوط به تقديم الخدمات الاستشارية المتكاملة من إعداد دراسات الجدوى والدراسات التسويقية وإجراءات تأسيس الشركة الى جانب إعداد التصميمات الهندسية للإنشاءات والمعدات والمرافق والإشراف على التنفيذ والذي يتم إقامته حالياً علي مساحة 126 فدان ويضم عدد 8 مصانع للمنتجات الغذائية المختلفة.

His Excellence Dr. Ali El-Moselhy – Minister of Supply and Internal trade had recently visited the construction site for the new complex of Qaha and Edfina for Advanced Food Industries, where he inspected the work progress at the site. Accompanied by General Ahmed Hassaneen – Chairman of HCFI and General Taymoor Abo el-Magd - Chairman of New Qaha and Edfina Complex, Dr. Moselhy addressed that the idea of having such State of the Art complex is developed in compliance to the presidential directions of fulfilling the country’s needs for essential food commodities .
It's worth mentioning that CEGMAN is the General Consultant for providing diversified consultancy services including but not limited to the feasibility studies, market studies, founding procedures ... etc. aside from the engineering designs for the buildings and the production lines of the 126 feddans premises embracing 8 factories for a selection of food industries.
