Car & Fleet Manager Lite, is an app which allows the user to enter and maintain information and vehicle documentation for two (2) cars for the Lite version and seven (7) cars for the Pro version. Companies with fleet will get the customized app to allow them to enter unlimited number of cars for an extra fee. Car & Fleet Manager Pro has the following features:
1) Maintain all information related t
o the car(car name, make, model, year, license plate, registration number, insurance policy number, mileage, and VIN Number.
2) Allows the user to take as many pictures and save them within the application. User will be able to take and save pictures for registration card, insurance card, license plate, pictures of the car, tickets, receipts and business cards (PRO Version feature).
3) Allows the user to track many different types of expenses such as oil changes, fuel, brakes and many more
4) For each expense entered, the application allows the user to enter the amount, the date of the expense, keep track of odometer reading related to the expense, setup and track alerts and reminders, save GPS location related to that expense, add as many notes as wished, and take as many pictures related to that expense as needed. This way every expense comes with as many details and documentation for later reference and use.(PRO Version feature)
5) Allows its user to track many different services such as engine oil, transmission work, engine services, brake services and many more.
6) Allows its user to export data related to each car to a CVS file.(PRO Version feature)
7) Displays expense information in a chart form for the user. This chart is displayed at the very first page with percentages of the expenses.
8) It also displays the recent service that was completed, its alert status, and at the very first page the most expensive amount paid will be displayed with the expense name..
9) User is able to sort expenses per month, year, expense type, or service type.
10) User will also be able to enter manual alerts from the first page.
11) User will be able to add any customized services that does not exist in the application database (PRO Version)
