عروضنا تشمل الآتي:
• إشراف 500 جنيه للمتر:؜ لمساحة اقل من 100م (مدة 60 يوم عمل).
• إشراف 450 جنيه للمتر: لمساحة من 100م ل 160م (مدة 90 يوم عمل).
• إشراف 400 جنيه للمتر: لمساحة أكبر من 160م (مدة 120 يوم عمل).

ملحوظات هامة:

• تصميم كامل للوحدة مجانًا.
• الإشراف بالمتر عقد ملزم بالمدة الزمنية، ويبدأ مع أول يوم تشغيل فعلي بالموقع.
• كل ما سبق مرفق بعقد قانوني تفصيلي وبشروط جزائية ملزمه للطرفين.
• نسبه الإشراف تكون على المتر لصافي مساحة الوحدة وليس المساحة الكلية.
• تصميم كامل للوحدة ورسومات هندسية تفصيلية قبل البدء في المشروع.
• توفير مهندس مشروعات ومشرف دائم على المشروع.
• متابعة دورية من إدارة المشروعات للتأكد من سير العمل والالتزام بالجدول الزمني للمشروع.
• لا مانع من توفير العميل للعمالة والإشراف عليهم.
• العميل له مطلق الحرية في المشتريات ولا يشترط موردين.
• تقوم الشركة بعمليات الشراء بفواتير معتمدة ولا تحصل على عمولات اطلاقاْ.
• استلام العمالة للنقدية بإيصالات موقعة ومختومة من الشركة.
• كارت تكاليف أسبوعي او كل 15يوم لتصفية المصروفات.
• صور وفيديوهات اسبوعية مرفقة بتقرير مفصل عن الأعمال.
• تثبيت كاميرات بالموقع للمتابعة الدورية.

• نسبة الإشراف 10%؜ على إجمالي قيمة الأعمال.

ملحوظات هامة:
• كل ما سبق مرفق بعقد قانوني تفصيلي وبشروط جزائية ملزمة للطرفين.
• نسبه الإشراف تكون على التكلفة الاجمالية للخامات والمصنعيات والنقل.
• تصميم كامل للوحدة ورسومات هندسية تفصيلية قبل البدء في المشروع.
• توفير مهندس مشروعات ومشرف دائم على المشروع.
• متابعة دورية من إدارة المشروعات للتأكد من سير العمل والالتزام بالجدول الزمني للمشروع.
• لا مانع من توفير العميل للعمالة والإشراف عليهم.
• العميل له مطلق الحرية في المشتريات ولا يشترط موردين.
• تقوم الشركة بعمليات الشراء بفواتير معتمدة ولا تحصل على عمولات اطلاقاً.
• استلام العمالة للنقدية بإيصالات موقعة ومختومة من الشركة.

• ينفذ الأثاث بأيدي فنيين مدربين على أصول الصناعة ولديهم الخبرة الكافية.
• مرور مدير جودة للتأكد سير العمل والالتزام بالجدول الزمني للمشروع.
• إشراف هندسي يومي ومشرف عام على مراحل التشغيل، للتأكد من سير العمل طبق للجدول الزمني والتسليم في الميعاد.
• تتم مراجعة المنتج بمعرفه مهندس جودة قبل التسليم لتفادي أي أخطاء، والتسليم طبقا لكارت التشغيل والمواصفات.
