CUBE is seeking a“Senior Architect”.

Responsibilities:
·Lead architectural design projects, overseeing staff and ensuring design quality.
·Act as the Lead Designer, responsible for interior/exterior aesthetics and engineering design constraints.
·Support proposal activities and review fee and scope.
·Select, evaluate, and implement procedures and techniques for projects.
·Prepare architectural plans, review completed plans, and estimate project costs.
·Select and implement appropriate technology solutions to meet client requirements.
·Perform tasks such as space planning, construction detailing, and drawing compilation.
·Communicate and adhere to design budgets and schedules.
·Collaborate with professionals and agencies to meet project deadlines.
·Maintain client relationships in coordination with Project Managers.
·Engage in professional and community organizations to promote Cube Consultants.

Job Requirements:
·Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with 10-12 years of relevant experience.
·LEED or PMP Certification would be advantageous.
·Experience delivering training programs or workshops.
·Proficiency in software tools such as Revit, 3D Max, Rhino, SketchUp, Photoshop, knowledge of AI and VR applications, and other design updated software.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·Strong organizational and time management abilities.
·Passion for architecture and design, with a desire to contribute to the growth of others.

كيميت تاور برج إداري بقلب العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة ،
مشروع خاص من تصميم شركة كيوب للإستشارات الهندسية لصالح المطور العقاري المصري State investments .

جاءت الفكرة الرئيسية لتصميم برج كيميت مستمدة من
طراز توتيرا في العمارة T U T E R A STYLE
والتي تحاكي تطور الحضارة المصرية والتفكير المستقبلي في التصميمات الحديثة .

جاءت رمزية المبنى ليمثل ارض كيميت، الدلتا ونهر النيل، الهرم والبهو الكبير، الشمس والسماء. فتتعامد الشمس يوميا على حائط البهو الداخلى للمبنى.

يقع المشروع في قلب المرحلة الاولى من العاصمة بحى المال والأعمال بجوار البنك المركزي ومحطة القطارات الرئيسية
