"Where the scars can be?"- the most popular questions for breast plastic surgery and breast augmentation.

Correctly selected approaches determine the aesthetic result, in particular the location of postoperative scars.

In plastic surgery, there are 3 types of access for implant placement: axillary, periar**lar, or submammary.

🌀 Submammary access (through an incision in the natural fold under the breast)
This is the most common surgical method, with more shorter rehabilitation period. An incision under the gland makes the postoperative scar almost invisible.

🌀Periar**lar access (through an incision along the edge of the ni**le ar**la)
The incision is made along the lower edge of the ar**la. It allows you to install various breast prostheses. It is recommended for women who have already given childbirth and who do not plan to breastfeed in the future.

🌀Axillary access (through an incision in the armpit)
This method is considered minimally traumatic. The incision is located in the armpit and passes along the border of the pectoralis major muscle. At the same time, the tissue of the gland does not touch at all.
It is the most profitable due to the absence of visible scars on the chest. Ideal for girls with a zero breast size who do not have an underbust crease. Also, the ducts of the mammary gland do not cross, so the possibility of feeding the child in the future is preserved.
