5 years follow-up for a hopeless severely decayed mandibular wisdom.
Distal root completely obturated with MTA.
Wvc for mesial root.
Pt came to replace the old prosthesis.

47 Re-ttt (2 visits-couldnt get dry canals).
MTA apical plug for distal foramen.
Wvc for mesials.

Re-ttt of my own Re-ttt.
I did a re-ttt for 47 in 2017 with a large peri-apical lesion(no pre-op radiograph).with one mesial canal present, couldn't find more.
In 2020 healing was obvious with no complain, metal posts removed and replaced with fiber posts, 46 and 47 were crowned.
After a year in 2021 , 47 presented with a slight complain, x ray showed healing has stopped and lesion size remained the same.
I did a Re-ttt for 47 and luckily I found the other mesial canal with a deep split at mid-root.
In December 2023 47 presented with complete healing and no complains.
I keep learning all the time.

35 Single visit re-ttt with a missed lingual canal .

3 visits Re-ttt of 36.
Nearly calcified canals ( very tough one) took me about 90 minutes for every canal and a missing DL canal.(6 hours totalled).
Fanta and root-x c files are very good.( alot of 10 k files).
